I went to Arthurs today to purchase a pair of stockings for my lymphoma legs. My initial thoughts about Arthur's, as a pharmacy, was that the place was in disarray with items just piled on top of each other and falling down. Grace was very sweet, knowledgeable and polite. After taking measurements she filled out my order form and instructed me to go to the front desk to pay the bill which was $120.00, saying that they would be ready in 3 - 4 days. I presented the woman behind the counter with my credit card and was told that there would be a 3% charge. At that point I told her to cancel my order and thank goodness I did. I went another 3/4 of a mile up University Drive to Affordable Medical Supply who ordered the same stockings for me, from the same company, for the price of $92.00 and NO 3% charge for my credit card use. Affordable Medical was a pleasure to be in. Plenty of room to walk around and clean.

Went there to fill my prescription I haven’t been able to get for months due to the ADHD drug shortages, was told that they finally got it in but when I got to the pharmacy that they wouldn’t accept insurance for it, not just my insurance, not any for the drug cause it wouldn’t be cost efficient for them. This is a cruelty and should be illegal. Thanks for getting my hopes up and crushing them.

I went to Arthur's to fill a prescription for a narcotic. The older woman with gray behind the counter was so rude and condescending, even though I greeted her politely. She said "Oh no we can't help you, HONEY." She kept saying that, which attracted the attention of a slightly younger, heavier set woman who came around the corner and joined her, also being condescending and calling me "HONEY" I had NO CLUE what prompted this insane disrespect!! I found out from a much nicer black woman with short blonde hair at BAILEY'S Pharmacy that was so kind and compassionate and she explained to me that there was a ban on narcotics at the smaller pharmacies. I went away from THERE so very grateful, I didn't care about the medication as much as the respect!!

It is a wonderful pharmacy with undesirable and helpful personnel. My prescription was pulled out from another pharmacy, where our pet's veterinary doctor sent it and was ready the next day. Everything about using the medication for our cat was explained in a very friendly manner. We will definitely come back here! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of filling a prescription at Arthur’s yesterday. Although it was my first time there, I was treated like family. All of the employees and the pharmacist took their time to greet me personally. Unlike major chain pharmacies, Arthur’s made me feel important. With the quality service, kindness, and homey attitude, I will be transferring all of my prescribed medication there from now on. Thank you Arthur’s!!! Highly recommend to all!

Best Pharmacy, Best Employees(especially Nina)
I have been using this pharmacy for almost a year, and they go above and beyond with helping me and they are such kind people. They are always able to help me with all of my medication needs, and even locate medication that is on back ordered everywhere else. Recently, they worked very hard with my insurance company to get a prior authorization on a medication. I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy team, except THANK YOU! I greatly appreciate Nina, Arthur and the whole team!

I was in Arthur’s today upon a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad I stopped in. I was helped by Natasha. She was so sweet and knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for. I couldn’t recommend a better neighborhood pharmacy. 10/10
