Stephanie is the best! She was able to help me get a really dead wheelchair battery charged again. I called two other places and they didn’t have a clue. One of the places wanted $50.00 just to look at it. She went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Stephanie.

Stephanie and crew are outstanding. Over the years they have solved a number of problems for us. Today Stephanie took time to troubleshoot my wife’s Lugie scooter and solved the issue. It was a problem with the freewheel. No charge. Over time we have bought a number of things and will return, for sure. Highly recommend her.

I spoke with Stephanie this morning regarding crutches for my child with a broken leg. He's in between child size and adult size and a challenge to fit. Although they didn't have the specific thing we need she took the time to search for it, locate the item and texted me the information so I could get what I needed. It's always nice to see that sort of integrity where they take care of what the customer needs even if it means sending them elsewhere. Thank you so much for your help!

Stephanie at the Venice Sore is amazing. If you need help with an of their products she is a whiz. Previously a full size light wheelchair was purchased there with her help and still works great. Recently we were in need of a lightweight wheelchair and sought out Ms. Stephanie and she was still working there. We walked/rode out with a Journey Light wheel battery operated wheelchair and my husband was on his way on the airplane to NJ for a trade show after injuring his knee. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and fun to work with. Do not hesitate using this store and asking for Stephanie.
