They carry the prettiest colored t shirts! Great place to take home a souvenir from Anna Maria Island. They have Mens, Womens, and even kids items and two stores in the same building separated in the middle by a coffee shop and ice cream parlor. I think they could have been more customer friendly, but over all a lot of nice things to choose from.

It takes a lot of audacity to drive away 5 customers in under 5 minutes, but leave it to the woman working the counter to be bitter enough to do so. Right when you walk in you’re greeted by someone whose energy is as welcoming as an exit sign. I understand everybody has their days, but the amount of eye rolls and dirty looks she gave us seemed to stem from a lifetime of unhappiness. If only she prioritized making sales more than her need to make comments nitpicking the very customers her salary depends on.

Entered the shop in hopes of finding some t-shirts that my kids could pick out as souvenirs. We were greeted abruptly by an older woman. When asking where the short sleeve shirts were, she told me, but it was not in a friendly tone. My son came up to me after a few minutes, saying she was following him and he didn't like it. After about 20 minutes in the store my youngest was walking towards the door to say goodbye to our family that was leaving the store and the lady behind the counter says loudly "she's gotta pay for that" and I said she's not going anywhere, were not done shopping. Another costumer set a covered cup on the floor out of the way and the older lady didn't like that. She asked who's it was and the lady said it was hers, that she set down to look at shirts. The older lady didn't like it and picked it up and moved it to the check out counter. The behavior was very odd, unfriendly and not welcoming. We won't be back.

leaving a review after walking into the shop for the second time and being immediately followed. The first day on my vacation me and my friends decided to check this boutique out. We are young girls, but we had no intention of causing a ruckus and we are very respectful. Immediately upon entering the store we were walking around and we’re being followed by an older woman, I did not think anything of this personally and I was busy being infatuated with this pair of pants. I left the first day because all three of us were eager to look at other stores and we didn’t have any intention of blowing all of our money on the first day. Today I went back in the store again to look at the pair of pants since I was thinking about them for my entire vacation. Immediately I was followed. I had the pair of pants in my arms and went to go look at a dress to try both on, and the same older woman made it so obvious that she was following me. i feel super disrespected and honestly hurt by this interaction. I understand that they may have had prior bad situations, but this is no way to treat customers and me and my friends were not the only ones who had this experience. I’m disgusted and they lost business.

A very fun place to stroll through. There's something for everyone. The signs are cute and the cards are fun. The prices are on the high side for a tourist shop. It's jammed full of items so it's difficult to get a walker, stroller or wheelchair through the store. The staff could be friendlier and more helpful. There's free parking all around the plaza.

Walked into this store with high hopes of finding some shirts for my boys. However, I was met with, not only a nasty smell that was so bad I honestly couldn’t breathe, but the lady employee seemed annoyed, at best, that my friend and I opened the door to come in. Almost like we were bothering her!! In all my life I have never experienced someone with absolutely ZERO customer service skills!!! I finally sat down today and looked up the reviews of this store and am in total disbelief that this woman still works there, as it seems many have had the same awful experience with this same woman (or maybe she is the owner?) Very disappointed to be treated so rudely when on vacation looking to purchase gifts.

On the other hand if you walk a few doors down to the Island Fresh clothing store, you will experience the joyful meaning of “customer service” with a happy, welcoming & delightful young lady named Suzette.

There are two sides to this business. One side nice tshirts and the usual stuff. Nice store. The other side is some lovely casual, boho, beach chic apparel and accessories. Very pretty. I really wanted to buy something. I wanted to give them my money. The shop associate couldn't have been colder or less attentive. Well maybe she could have. When I decided, I was ready to go, my husband politely said good bye to her. He told her she had a lovely store. In a nut shell, she said, I know, the other store is for tourists. The lady in the tshirts shop, was just as rude and cold. However when we bought stuff she said have a nice day while looking away with an angry look on her face. ?

If I could give zero stars, I would! I'm usually not one to publish scathingly negative reviews, especially about a small business such as this one. The small business sector is so fragile right now.

Our family was visiting Disney World in Orlando. My cousin, my brother, and I decide to go down to Anna Marie Island for a get away just the three of us. So we go down there. Got some Ice Cream at Two Scoops (which I would totally recommend!), and then proceeded (to our dismay) to enter this shop. We were not greeted with a "Hi! Welcome to Two Sides of Nature!" Or even a "Hi! How are you? Is there anything we can do for you?"

We were immediately met with a woman in a scowling face, saying, "What can I help you with?!" in THE MOST rude tone ever! As we were browsing, this same woman is seemingly following us around (presumably because we're young) and rudely shoving her way past us.

THAT'S NOT ALL FOLKS...and this is the kicker!

As my brother proceeded to PURCHASE a T-shirt, the price was $12 (plus tax), and clearly marked as such on the stickers and the signs posted around the area for those shirts and others. Next thing he knows, she's charging him $21, saying, "We just went up!". She then walks over there, flips the sign obviously UPSIDE DOWN, and proceeds to again try and charge him $20!

He hands her $12 (and some change), he gets the T-shirt, and leaves.

I WOULD NOT recommend this rude place to ANYONE unless you want a real damper to your vacation to Anna Marie Island.

EDIT: This was on March 20, 2022; hopefully the owners will see this and examine who was working that day and fire this rude employee who does not have an ounce of customer service skill.

It's bad marketing at best and plain nasty at worst. If I receive a positive response, I will consider raising the stars on my review.
