Ive never in my life has an experience like this. I made an appointment, had what was the most unusual eye exam ever and in reality don't think it was an exam. Ordered contact lenses with their front desk clerk Michelle who told me we will text you when everything is ready. Three weeks later I called Michelle and asked what was going on I got the same spin. That did it. I decided to go elsewhere. I don't know what is going on here but Michelle needs to get with it and take care of patients These people are the worst. AVOID

We recently moved to FL and were concerned with choosing new doctors. Concerned no more - Dr Reyes and his wonderful staff are extremely friendly, caring, and professional. The exams were thorough and everything was explained in detail - not just the average ‘eye check’. Dr Reyes spent additional time discussing a macular disease that I’ve had since 2011. Both my husband and I felt an instant connection and are confident that we made the right choice with Dr Reyes and his staff!

Have been going for two years and recommends this office. Staff is friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond assisting in rebates available. Dr. J Reyes has been great and diligent. You can see he really loves his profession. The pricing of frames are affordable & lens and contacts have multiple options. Great office!
