Our daughter had to be transported from Palm Bay Health First ER to Advent in Orlando a few hours ago. We were lucky enough to get Cheri and Ian for this trip. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. I rode up front with Ian and we talked the whole trip. He is a professional, well spoken, educated and overall kind young man with a very appreciated eclectic taste in music. ?

Cheri rode in the back with our daughter and they chatted the whole time while watching Harry Potter. She kept our daughter's mind off not only the trip but the poking, prodding and annoying testing that was going to happen. She is a bright light in this often dark world.

I was able to get them to pose for a photo with our daughter in front of one of her all time favorite movies, Wakanda.

Thank you so much for hiring such kind and compassionate souls. They made what could've been a sad and clinical experience anything but!

Cheri was wonderful! Certainly made a rough time for me much easier. She is a real sweetheart. Gave me a little bear for my awesome granddaughter, that she loves. Cheri made a Big difference in my medical situation. I was Blessed with her helping me.

Sami M and Ben S from Coastal Ambulance Brevard County did an absolutely phenomenal job in caring for my physical, psychological, and emotional needs as a patient. I was so impressed by their patience and effort to ensure that I was well taken care while also protected and efficiently transported to another medical destination. My endless gratitude goes out to the company and this dynamic duo.

Transported from Cape Canaveral Hospital to Adventhealth in Orlando. The crew of Cariah O and Jeff H were totally professional making sure everything went smooth. Bad jokes from both sides and Jeff managed to miss most of the potholes - some going on these roads. Thanks guys!

On 25th November 2023 at 2 in the morning, I had chest discomfort. After my 911 call, the EMS ambulance showed up in my drive way in less than five minutes. Also, during the 911 call I was offered life saving medical tips. The ambulance and the ER staff who helped stabilize me before I was admitted to Rockledge hospital were very experienced, helpful, courteous and professional. I will always be thankful to them for offering me the best service during my medical emergency.

They were so kind and helpful when I needed to ride in an ambulance. They took care of me the entire way from Viera to Orlando, and made sure that everything was going smoothly, and ensured that it was a pleasant ride the duration of the trip (as pleasant as something can be when you're in pain). Besides maybe the bills at the end, they do take care of you, and I would trust them if I ever had to ride in one again. Thank you for your help.

I was just transported with this ambulance service. The emt's Josh and Rachel were EXCELLENT. They were incredibly kind, compassionate and pretty funny the entire ride over. They stuck with me through the rediculous waiting room and made sure the experience was as comfortable as they could until they had to leave. Can't give them enough praise.
