My first two visits I spoke with Greg who answered every question I had thoroughly and with ease and kindness. The day of my eye exam I was warmly greeted immediately without swarming me and Josh happily walked me through the process. Dr. Tao was helpful in explaining what he was doing and why throughout each step of the exam process. Had a nice little chat again with Josh while my eyes were dilating and even got a compliment on my outfit! I love that I can get an eye exam and shop for frames at the same location. The Warby Parker at Waterford Lakes is my spot and I will visit this store in the future for all my vision needs. Thanks guys!

Let me start by saying I was HUGE a Warby Parker fan. This was by far the worst experience I have had with them. I am out of town for a funeral and forgot my contacts. I have a very recent valid prescription from the WP in Tampa and was hoping to buy a trial pack or even pay for a new eye exam in order to take some home just to get me through the next few days. The two employees at the front were nice enough however a woman came from the back (most likely the manager) and was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Tried to argue with me and even the other employees saying that there was no possible way she could help me and that they do not do trials. Every single time I have ever had an eye exam in my life I left with trials. One of the employees even tried to go to the back to look and the manager argued with him to not help me. I left so frustrated and disheartened because I have raved about Warby Parker’s customer service. I ended up going to Visionworks around the corner and had such a pleasant experience. Left with trials and even bought a box of contacts that were SUPER affordable! If you’re in Tampa I recommend WP, however I would never in a million years return to the Orlando Waterford Lakes WP.

The employees are this Warby Parker store are the best. Very friendly and knowlegable of their products. They took the time to explain everything about the frames and lenses provided by Warby Parker. We ended up purchasing the right frames and lens cobminations for our needs. Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Warby Parker at Waterford Lakes for your next eye exam and lenses & frames. The eye exam was very thorough and state of the art at a very reasonable price. The physician was excellent explaining each step along the way. The staff was very helpful in selecting lenses and frames. I’ve already booked my appointment for 2025.

THIS IS THE WORST STORE WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

They refused to honor their six month warranty on a lost lense.

The employee was extremely rude and condescending. Her name is Jazz and she should no longer work in customer service.

I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Their glasses do not last, they broke within six months and they refused to help in store.

I called their customer service line and was told my issue with my glasses falls within the replacement warranty and she didn’t understand why the store associate refused to help.

The company has now sent me out replacement glasses.

I cannot express enough how wonderful both the staff and this store are for glasses shopping. I just learned in the past week I need glasses for the first time. I had no idea where to start or even how insurance worked for all of it. I tried two in-person retailers before Warby Parker and they were extremely expensive and I wasn’t satisfied with the selections. All of my friends told me to use Warby Parker online and after I knew about the style I wanted from going to other glasses retailers that were too expensive, I went online to order from Warby Parker. Then, I realized a new store opened just a few minutes from me this past month. I visited the store and was helped by an extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They explained how insurance works, discounts and how much it all costs. The amount of glasses to choose from was incredible as well. No other store or doctor’s office has this vast of a selection. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses with blue light and prescription for less than one pair at both my doctor’s office and LensCrafters. Thank you, WP staff! Y’all made a new experience for me seamless and fun.

I was nervous to finally make the jump to a higher tier of glasses, after having gone with cheap online glasses for so long. But the staff here makes it worth it. I've had to come for adjustments, and consistently Greg has gone above and beyond to help me out. He helped me fix a stripped screw when all hope seemed lost, and following my unfortunate car accident he got my frames back in pristine shape. The purchase was worth it for the customer service alone.
