They seemed nice but do not have any motivation to make things happen. Poor listening skills. I am on medicaid, my first visit was 10/29. I asked to only have procedures and products covered by my insurance. They then said my contacts would cost $80. My insurance ended at the end of November and they are unable to charge my insurance. I went to their store 3 times and still don't have my contacts. Be prepared to wait and repeat yourself multiple times.

It was my first time visiting Accuvision and I had a very pleasant experience. The eye exam was conducted smoothly and efficiently. I was impressed by the wide range of eyewear options they offer, catering to both those who prefer glasses and those who prefer contacts.

I intend to continue visiting Accuvision for all my optical needs in the future. I highly recommend Accuvision to anyone seeking quality optical services.

Nice office with a decent selection of frames. The staff is what really makes the experience so good. My doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure that I understood my prescription and what contact options I had. Once we identified the best contact lens prescription, I worked with Lupe M to learn how to care for, put in and remove the contacts. This process was more difficult than I anticipated, but Lupe was so patient and made sure that I was comfortable doing it on my own before leaving.

Great customer service!!! Had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, the Assistant Manager while looking for glasses. When I arrived I noticed her glasses and told her she was an awesome walking advertisement for trendy glasses and apparently I wasn’t the only customer who agreed. Another customer complimented her on her glasses and asked if she could try on the same pair. Jennifer told her they did not have any in stock and without hesitation, Jennifer volunteered her own glasses to the customer. She cleaned and sanitized them before handing them to the customer. Because she knew I liked them too, she offered for me to try them on too. Ask yourself, when was the last time you had 5 star customer service, well, if you are in the market for glasses, now you know where to go! Bravo Accuvision!

Consistently unbelievable service! Customer since 1990 in the original office in Lindenhurst. I expect professional attention from the Doctors here, however what separates this business from the rest, is the office staff from the basic examinations and the ones who help you find the right pair of glasses that make you yourself! Relax in knowing your experience at ANY AccuVISION store gives you friendly attention to the details.Yet another was Lupe Martinez (optician) who noticed my discomfort with my eyeglasses and had advised me that service technician was sick that day, yet looked over my specs and said She'd be right back. Brought back glasses with new silicone eye pads and were adjusted perfectly! Everything is done with a smile! No mall outlet is even close to this company and will match any price to boot. You'll find find the best of the best here. Thanks again Lupe for going the extra mile! A million thanks to everyone employed here, for you are special people.

I’ve enjoyed the eye doctors and feel like they spend time with you, but the communication from patient services isn’t great. I ordered contacts December 1st with a quoted 5-7 day delivery. I have reached out for an update twice with no response and reached out again today (December 26). Even if there is a delay, it would be nice to have some communication with staff.

In November I got an eye exam at the Lindenhurst location. It took several attempts to get the correct vision.
I recently experienced sudden flashing, spots and loss of vision in my left eye. I knew I had to have my eye checked with a dilation. I left a message on a Friday evening for instructions on what to do and hopefully come in on Saturday knowing this was serious.
No call, nothing! I am in shock how Accuvision treats patients. Never again!
