I just switched to Acres Pharmacy from Walmart and Walgreens and it was the BEST decision I ever made, the staff there is amazing, very helpful and friendly and doesn’t treat you like just another customer they are very helpful and understands your needs and how important your meds are to your daily life! Acres Pharmacy is the BEST in the area and Lee county period!!!! Great, fast, accommodating service, and very friendly, pleasant staff.
Last week I was COMPLETELY done with CVS and their HORRIBLE service! !
I called on a Wednesday around 5:30pm to see if they could take my insurance and help me with my script for a high quantity narcotic. I went in and they said they had to order it for me and it takes 1 business day to arrive, since it was about 15 min to closing the pharmacist told me to call around lunch tomorrow and he'd let me know if he could fill it. I called Thursday and he said the order was placed and to call again Friday around the same time to see if it had arrived. Friday I called around 12p.m and they told me it'd be ready in 30 minutes!

I have had so many years of issues obtaining my medicines and working with pharmacists who care. Acres pharmacy is the ONLY PLACE TO Go if you want excellent service and you want to be able to get your medicine at an affordable price. They bring back the old neighborhood pharmacist and HELP you to ensure that you can get the medicine you need when you need it. I have had them actually call elsewhere and found other pharmacies would charge me 300 dollars more with coupons. Here you just need to come and ask for help and they will do whatever it takes to help you. Please don't go anywhere else. Even without insurance you can get your medicine! Stop paying hundreds of thousands and dealing with terrible pharmacists who could care less about you

THE ABSOLUTELY GREATEST PHARMACY AND STAFF. THEY ALWAYS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL TO RONNIE AND THE GIRLS FOR ALWAYS TREATING ME LIKE FAMILY AND ALWAYS WORKING WITH MYSELF AND MY FAMILY WHEN MUCH NEEDED MEDICATION CANNOT ALWAYS BE AFFORDED THEY ALWAYS DO ANY AND EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO MAKE SURE NOT 1 DOSE IS MISSED.
