Edit to add: I truly don't even know if the information I gave for my son's father was accurate, I told the girl I didn't have his information, and she still made me add him onto the birth certificate. My son's father was never at any point there to sign anything saying he was the father.

This is for vital records. It has taken me literal years to write this review only because the situation hadn't affected my son or myself until he passed away. My son's father had not been involved in my son's life from the beginning, therefore my son's father was not on his birth certificate. I was a teen mom and had to ask for public assistance. Because of that I had to request child support from my son's father. I only received maybe 2 payments before he was deported.
Fast forward to my son being 16. He accidentally washed his birth certificate so we went in to request another one. There was two ladies working, both of which were not personable at all and were almost hesitant to help me. When I requested the birth certificate the girl that finally helped me stated that there was no father on the birth certificate. I said "That's because his father was not there when he was born to sign, and he has not been involved with my son at all since he was born". He has never even met my son. She said "Well he's on child support isn't he?" I said yes, but in my son's 16 years of life I've only received 2 payments, so he hasn't helped". She proceeded to say that him being on child support is him being involved so he had to be put on the birth certificate. I argued with her about it, then she stated that she would not give it to me without the father's info. I needed the birth certificate so I unwillingly added him on there.
Fast forward to my son passing away when he was 19. When I spoke to the coroner about releasing my son's body they asked to speak to his father, which I had no way of communicating with him considering we neve spoke. I told the coroner that and they said they couldn't release my son's body without his father releasing his next of kin rights for him. If I couldn't get him to call in I would have to wait an additional 10 days to release my son's body, all because this bubble gum chewer (the girl at the vital records window) wanted to prove a point and literally made me add my son's father to his birth certificate. I explained the situation to the coroner and told her I had my son's original birth certificate without his father's info on it and she worked with me and helped me get his body released sooner. I'm not sure of the name of the girl as it's been years since this has happened. But I hope that there is better training in play. I got lucky that the coroner heard me and helped me out. Had she not my son's body would've been in there for an additional 10 days, all because the bubble gum chewer got a hair up her ass and wanted to act important. (Excuse my language).

They don't offer sti testing. Lunch is between 12-1 pm. (11:30-1:15 they won't answer the phones). Receptionist need to do better answering phone lines. It's nearly impossible to get thru.

How do you have wic and services for children and no restroom to change Children in? The lady at traffic window was rude and was too busy sitting on her phone to even to answer any questions sorry to inconvenience you while tax payers pay you to sit on your phone. Awful!

They don’t know how to answer the phone because they’re always on their personal phones texting and then they wanna say we are irresponsible parents for not making the appointment on time. Very poor customer service. Also, making inappropriate jokes.
