Can't make new appointments, won't answer the phone, will cancel your benefits randomly until you can finally get ahold of them to fix it. We can't afford to live like this.

The lady here is super unprofessional; besides being hard to understand with her thick accent. She gives her unnecessary opinions on breastfeeding and what I should be doing with my body, just because what worked for her might not work for me. She made me feel horrible as a first time mom like I was making mistake after mistake for wanting to switch from breastfeeding to bottle formula feeding due to my supply. And made a comment about having to feed my NB every 30 min to an hr because I am overfeeding and my child will grow up obese because of the hours she sleeps and the amount of oz I am feeding her. One she is not a doctor to make comments or assume when my doctor said I was doing great since my NB did loose a large amount of her birth weight and said whatever I was doing was working great. So this uneducated lady just talked out of her A**. Without knowing any medical history on my NB. She needs to be checked!! And learn how to speak to first time moms. This is unacceptable
