The actual people that helped me were fantastic. They made sure to explain everything to me and demonstrate how things are supposed to work. The thing I don't like is the company itself. They overcharge for refill supplies and if you do not continually buy their refill supplies, when your machine eventually breaks down they make it a lot more difficult to get a replacement. They say it's the insurance companies, but I don't believe that entirely. Not to mention that they sell their refill products for three times what they cost on amazon.

EDIT: unfortunately, I must amend my previous statement. The person that I met with, the respiratory therapist who must have gone to a lot of years of school to get where she is, look me in the face today and told me that my old mask should work with the new machine she was giving me. It did not. What is the point of having her there if she doesn't know what she's talking about? What did I waste all that time going to her for? Everyone was very nice. Just not very helpful.

Update: she was right. I did have all the pieces I needed. It was a lack of knowledge on my part. I'm still not a fan of the company and the way they do buisness so the 1 star stays.

I have always had great service and the staff are very professional and friendly . They are always knowledgeable and ready to help every time I visit. I don't get out much but would rather drive to my local office and do my business there than try to get my supplies by phone (it's usually wrong when ordered over phone)...Rona? (I think) went out of her way and even used part of her lunch, on Christmas eve, to make sure I received the proper supplies!

NO Stars... worst customer service in the world, they send you to a foreign country for billing. I didn't need billing I was returning their call to me. On hold for 43 minutes. IT'S SO RIDICULOUS!!! Thank you Laura, whom I was transfered to the last time. You were great and I'm so sorry for being upset. After entering birth date and repeating myself more than 5 times my frustration was a little over the top. My apologies.

My doctor ordered a walker for me. It was delivered. They had already adjusted the walker to my height. The delivery guy even waited while I took it for a spin.

Drove 60 mile round trip to get machine they barely took the time to get me fitted and the machine turned on got home part of the time it worked fine part time it didn't called them and drove back they handed me a new mask and sent me out the door got home and it done the same thing again called them back and returned the machine they billed me for having the machine for a whole month when I only had it two weeks and returned it I am still getting billed after calling them several times

Really thankful for this place. I have pneumonia right now and my dr ordered me a breathing machine. They were going to mail it to me, but when they heard I was sick and gonna take the city bus to go pick it up, they called back and said nope, we will get it out to you, and they brought it to me this evening. It was a very sweet and considerate thing to do. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very kind and so was the delivery person. If you need any kind of medical supply, I would totally recommend this place!
