This place is fantastic! The staff/assistants are all so friendly. Dr. Harter is amazing, he is so knowledgeable and personable. He always takes the time to really listen to any concerns you have. My glasses have always arrived within 2 weeks and I've never had a problem with the lenses. The assistants always make sure they are fitted well and follow up to make sure I still like my new prescription/glasses.

I wish I could review the doctors because I heard good things, but I didn't get to have my appointment because I didn't show up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Obviously other establishments ask for patients to show up early too, but I've never been denied an appointment because I didn't show up at that time. I apologized and explained I had a baby 4 days prior (she was with me and anyone who has had a baby understands how much slower you move and how much longer it takes to get places) and asked if I could just please have my appointment, but was told no again by the front desk man. He didn't even offer to go and check with the doctor about still allowing me to get seen. It was just a no. They offered to reschedule but I am not paying money to an establishment that doesn't have any empathy for people's situations. It would be one thing had I shown up significantly late to my appointment, but I showed up at my appointment time.

10 out of 10! Very Friendly and professional staff! The staff was amazing from check in, to doctor visit, to picking out glasses! Very helpful and very informative! Totally recommend!

Edit: 2025 just got out of my yearly visit and again I’m amazed at how kind and patient the staff has been. I had to bring my two kids and they were very kind and accommodating getting crayon and coloring books for them. So thankful for great doctor and staff!

Dr. Harter rocks! So patient and funny with my two girls, ages 9 and 12 (photo is of them after dilation!). The staff is fabulous and so helpful with picking out glasses for the girls. We also see Dr. Harter with our 3 sons and my husband and I also go. We loved how easy it was to fill out the forms online before we even went, and they were knowledgeable about our insurance. THANK YOU!

Billing practices at this office is questionable. I am filing a complaint with department of insurance based on fraudulent claims filed to my insurance. Dr. Wilhelmina is a nice dr, both my husband & I saw her but office filed claims to my vision & medical benefit. One claim filed to my medical wasn’t even filed under Dr Wilhelmus but under other dr in practice whom I’ve never seen. Now they are billing us for a fraudulent amount on my husband. I’ve been in medical billing for over 35 years & I gave them a chance to make this right.

My special needs son and I were treated extremely rude. These people are dishonest. I would not recommend even making any appointments or going to this location. It's a very full extreme, rude, hostile environmental office that my son and I had experienced here and be ware of a policy they won't produce but want you to sign a paper saying you have read the policy and you understand. They unlawfully would not use both of my son's two insurances together even though they except both.

First visit and I was very impressed. The Doctor was very nice and thoroughly explained everything going on with my eyes. He took his time and was genuinely pleasant. His staff helped me to pick out new frames. They were fun and friendly. This is definitely my go to place for my eyes.
