WARNING DO NOT USE!!! HORRIFIC! When your CFO or whomever she claims to be PUTS PROFITS OVER THE LIFESAVING WEEKLY MEDICAL INFUSIONS MY CHILDREN NEED! Screwing 2 disabled US VETERANS and our kids! HOW DARE YOU! WE have a CHOICE in specialty pharmacies and AIC will NEVER be a CHOICE! Just ENSURE you don’t use them because if YOUR insurance (in this case MILITARY INSURANCE) doesn’t pay fast enough, they will screw your family and try to get paid through the RETAIL side of things, ensuring YOUR FAMILY has to pay THOUSANDS of DOLLARS out of POCKET! FAMILIES don’t have that kind of disposable income! My children have been DELAYED CARE for WEEKS without treatment for a life threatening medical condition due to the DELAYS IN CARE from this PHARMACY! SHAMEFUL doesn’t even come close! UNCONSCIONABLE personnel running the show at AIC! DO NOT USE! They don’t even RATE one star but you have to put something. My kids have been screwed in exchange for corporate profits!

I get all my immunoglobulin services and supplies through advanced infusion care. This is my fifth year of using them rather than going to the hospital infusion center monthly for 4 to 6 hours for the 2 years prior to that. They have been a phenomenal experience. I can't say enough about their staff at all levels and how much easier my life is now that I can do the infusions at home weekly in about an hour. The shipping staff, nursing staff, pharmacy staff and all the rest are careful listeners, patient and responsive. Whoever does the hiring and manages the staff deserves a lot of credit!

I have been a home serviced patient for a year and a half. This group is awesome! The meds are delivered a week in advance and ALWAYS coordinated with me. My primary nurse is absolutely more than anyone could ask for. She keeps my schedules planned at least 45 days ahead. She always calls a day before to make sure the appointment time is still good with me. She makes everything so easy for me and her visits are like having family over instead of a nurse.
The entire team works like a well oiled machine. The office staff, delivery guy, and all the nurses I've seen are THE BEST!

Have been giving myself these infusions for around six months or so now and never have to wait on my supplies. I make one call to AIC in Valdosta to tell them I have one more kit and they deliver to my door the next day or so. If I am running low on any supplies I make a call and those needed items are included in my next 4 week kit delivery. Always on time!

Horrible. The home nurse they sent me was rude, unreliable and not communicative AT ALL. Showed up late or not at all, expected me to literally just be at home all day everyday in case she could drop by last minute.
I asked MULTIPLE times for a new nurse and when they finally found one, I was not communicated with AT ALL until the night before she was planning to come. I had a Dr appt the next day and she refused to come before or after when I would actually be home. Then literally never called again. It’s been almost 3 months I’ve had my PICC and I have had my dressing changed by a nurse a total of 4 times. I’m highly allergic to adhesive so I need my dressing changed at LEAST twice a week. The only reason I continue getting equipment through them is bc it’s my only choice.

Greedy money hungry company that could care less about patients. I have anthem and Medicare and they accept zero insurance. I was paying $50 A WEEK and still froze my account because I couldn’t pay 5k off in 6 months. Abruptly stopped all services despite me needing the Iv meds to sustain life outside of the hospital. Said I would need an additional $60 copay biweekly to receive my medication.

I deal w multiple DME & Home Medical companies bc of my health & I can honestly say that staff here are out of this world! They are very thorough, professional, genuine & caring. You get treated like family & when everyone & everything else is an uphill battle, it's a relief to interact & work with such pleasant people that you KNOW without a shadow of a doubt you can rely on! They're thorough, consistent & there's never been a time where I've had trouble ordering my supplies & getting them in a timely manner, nurses that come to your home are knowledgeable & friendly. Absolutely NO regrets using them!!

I was an established patient for over a year and a half and out of nowhere this company gave me a different nurse. I’ve had several issues with the medication and little to no response from the company or the doctors office. I do not feel like they treat they’re patients fairly and furthermore I will no longer be doing business with them so long as this continues.
