I had my first appointment with Deb Scoggins at the Delta Colorado Aerocare Adapt Heath location today. Everything went fantastic!
I highly recommend working with Deb at Delta or Montrose because she was so easy to work with. She immediately addressed my initial concerns right off the bat and answered all questions. After that, her presentation was professional, personable, easy to understand and just generally great in every way.
This appears to be a great company and I do recommend Adapt Health Aerocare in Delta Colorado. They are currently located just below Anytime fitness across the street east of Safeway in Delta.

I am from out of state and new to oxygen needs coming to higher elevations. Aero was great to work with and was easy to get my needs filled so I didn’t have to pack so many tanks in my car for this trip.

There was there when needed oxygen when release from hospital...One of the units mal functional, phone calls round in circles to get right place to get someone to come fix it only got appt to come pick up equipment. Phone communication / numbers could b better as not get frustrated with it..

What's the point in setting up auto pay for a certain date each month, if your computer is going to randomly change my due date? Then you attempted to take 4x my regular monthly bill out of my account, without notifying me. You claim to have sent me an email and letter in snail mail, but I can not find anything in my email or in my regular mail. I had to ask twice to get a supervisor to call me, when I finally did get a return call, she was not very helpful, and accomplished absolutely nothing! You want payment arrangements on my deductible, but can't tell me how much my next bill is going to be! This is a mess, and I will be turning off my auto pay because I can't trust you with access to my bank account anymore!

There is a disconnect between corporate offices and the store in general. Took my money then treated me like I hadn't paid it. The girls in the office where not friendly at all.
