I have been here on two different occasions and the doctor, the assistant, and the front desk employees were all kind and helpful. I was given excellent treatment and only had to wait a few minutes. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with AFC. When my 6-year-old daughter had a runny nose that lasted for two weeks, the doctor examined her thoroughly and provided both antibiotics and cream to help her recover. A week later, on a Friday night, our 2-year-old developed croup, and although we couldn’t see her regular pediatrician on Saturday, AFC was there for us. The doctor gave her a shot, and she felt much better. AFC has always been a reliable support for our family, and we’re so grateful for their help. Thank you, AFC!

Im a new patient and came in with a deep bronchial cough. The young lady at the front was very friendly and helpful with check-in. I didn’t wait long before I was seen, the doctor was very thorough & reassuring. I would recommend them without reservation. Thankful to have them in my neighborhood.

Went to the AFC on Kanan Road last weekend because my daughter sprained her ankle. We didn’t have to wait long. The front desk people and all the staff inside were very helpful, X rays were taken immediately, and radiologist report was obtained in a few minutes and communicated to us the same day. Next day, my wife stopped by to pick up the radiology report, so we could follow up with our family doctor and front desk staff were super helpful and prepared a CD and report immediately. Great to have this AFC near our house!

I cannot say enough positive things about AFC Urgent Care! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and efficient service. The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The facility was clean, organized, and well-equipped, which gave me confidence in the quality of care I was receiving.

The PA I saw was attentive, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire visit. The entire process was quick and streamlined, from check-in to check-out.

I left AFC Urgent Care feeling better both physically and mentally, knowing that I had received top-notch medical attention. I went there yesterday. I decided to go after reading all the reviews but don’t understand how people gave them such good rating. I can imagine they saw a different doctor which could completely change your experience. It's just a nice clean establishment and good for tests but the doc or nurse practitioner, whoever she was, she didn't have any skills. I waited 40 minutes to see the doctor and when she came , she didn't even do the regular check ups to see my ear, my chest, etc. Nothing. She only looked into my throat because I told her my throat hurts. And ended up giving me antibiotics although my strep test was negative. When i asked my primary, he told me not to take the antibiotics as it is most likely a wrong diagnosis and see him on Monday anyways.
Total waste of time. I hope i don't get a large bill for it. Because i have a really good insurance and if i do , it means you charge unreasonable too.

They were on time and the doctor was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable other than when I checked in they asked what was i there for and I don’t think that should be discussed in an open environment with other people in the waiting room. Doc said he he’ll take care of it.

Great experience last night. The guy who checked us in was very helpful and friendly and asked my daughter about her day at camp and made her fe at ease. He was training another employee and obviously doing a great job.

We were taken back before long and the girl who took my daughter’s vitals is great, we’ve seen her before and she’s friendly. We didn’t have to wait long in the room, we got lucky. The N.P. came in and was able to see the issue right away.

I had to call back a couple of times first, because my pharmacy was saying the rx didn’t come through, and then again because my daughter refused to take the rx once we got home and it was WW3 with her, but each time the guy at the front was very helpful and didn’t make me feel like the nuisance I already felt like! It was overall as good of an experience as these things can be, thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
