Arrival to appointment approximately twenty minutes before time because of new patient paperwork. Immediate attention was given and short wait time for examination to began. Dr Hamlin & her staff were attentive and thorough. She took her time evaluating my eyes, addressed my concerns & reviewed my history carefully, confirming details in my chart & making suggestions on improving my vision.

I had to wait 30 minutes between my initial evaluation & seeing Dr Hamlin but it was well worth it!

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They felt like family. Dr. Potter is very kind and very knowledgeable. Ruth who orders your glasses for you is adorable and fun. This was the best experience I have had getting my eyes checked.

Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr Potter is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. He is very knowledgeable and keeps up on my conditions and educates me so I can be aware. I’m T1 diabetic and also on Plaquenil for my Lupus which can both affect the eyes. The ladies in the eyeglass section are top notch with customer service! They helped me pick out a pair that I’ll be happy with for my style and put together a lens that covers all of my needs.
