I have medication that was hard to get or can't get. I was looking for a pharmacy that I could get all my medication . I call Akudo and talk to Ms. Johnson. I told her I was looking for a pharmacy that I could get my medication at one place. I gave her the name of the medication and she said let me call you back.She did the next day and I been with Akudo every since. So if you looking for a warm and friendly pharmacy try Akudo and talk to Ms. Johnson.

Amazing customer service! I had trouble locating a medication at other pharmacies but the team at Akudo was attentive & responsive. They followed up and found my medication in record time!

I was charged approximately $80+ dollars over what my insurance benefit said my copay was due to the pharmacy making up for the difference of what they pay for the medication. Understandable. However, everytime I paid for the drug I was told a different amount. The pharmacist always came across as confused and lost. On top of that I was never able to pay with my FSA card due to being told a different excuse every time I went in for my medication. I asked for a print out of what they pay for the drug and what I was being charged. The pharmacist got offended and told me I could get the Rx filled else where. I was already planning to do that anyway because of the lack of competence she displayed and because she was offended by me wanting a print out with the pricing. I simply wanted to be reimbursed because I have money on my FSA card that I should be using for these expenses. And the pharmacy is a little janky. Weird little building that I’m glad I’m no longer associated with. Treat your customers better. If someone ask you to see the price of the drug they should be able to. Especially if I only have a $25 copay and you’re charging me over $100 and on top of that I can’t use my FSA card because you don’t have your pharmacy set up properly. Do better!
