I arrived at 3:15. Didn’t get to the back til about 4:15.. Did my xray and didn’t get in the chair til after 5:00. Did another xray and I’m just now leaving WITHOUT being seen… I will never go back and hope don’t nobody else do.

If you like waiting 3 hours then I highly recommend this place when in for an appointment that was pre-scheduled for 1:00 p.m. I ended up leaving at 4:30 without ever being seen honestly save yourself some time and go somewhere else

I love Anna! I love staffs treats me so great! I was so nervous when I read other reviews. But... I decided to go ahead and I didn't expect that I have wonderful staffs and wasn't even waiting too long like took me 5 minutes to called on my name..I guess God brought me to the eye doctor because my youngest's daughter's doctor concerning about my eyes too. She had lots patience with me. Thank you for being awesome and be my friends! update: OMG I LOVE MY NEW GLASSES AND I CAN SEE BETTER! I DIDN'T HAVE TO ASK AGAIN BUT IT IS SO AWESOME AND HELPFUL!

I used to really like coming here but after a very unpleasant interaction with who I was seeing, I requested to have a new primary and that process has been absolutely difficult and impossible. The place just seems like they don't communicate, I was told one thing by the ladies up front and something else by the doctor about what the process was and that went on for weeks until finally I spoke to someone that informed me of the proper way to change but even then, they kept asking over and over why I wanted to change. I tired to keep it professional and just say I just wanted a new primary, that wasn't enough because they kept asking and when I finally told them what happened it seemed that it caused all of the other doctors there to not want to take me as a patient. I still don't have a primary and haven't been given any updates on what's going on. I'm not sure if it became personal for them but it feels that way

I really liked my Doctor and I loved my PA, Janie, BEFORE she referred me to your dental department. I have never received such poor and careless treatment from anyone in my entire life. Unprofessional would be a compliment. They fall even lower on the scale than unprofessional. I would rate it nearly criminal.

Why would I call it criminal? They stole my money, my health and my time.

If you have an appointment, you may as well show up an hour early. Otherwise you won't be seen until 2-3 hours after your appointment.

Have visited this clinic twice. The front desk staff and nurses station, are hands down the rudest most incompetent employees I have ever come across. The wait is forever, they can’t keep track of records. They have no clue what is going on. And who is who. They hire anyone they can doesn’t matter their title, as long as it’s cheap labor. They have people doing the work of a doctor who are not even qualified to work to schedule appts. When you ask questions it’s all blown off, or put off again for another 4 week follow up. How many follow ups does one person need who is healthy? They say they will handle the complaints, come

Rude and incompetent people are working. Sitting on their back ends doing nothing.

Didnt have to wait long in the waiting room, but when i was called in they gave me a psych evaluation that was uncomfortable. And i waited just a bit too long for the nurse to come in a dress my wound, but at least the staff were nice and friendly.
