AJ took great care of me when I came in. I had been needing to get an updated prescription for my glasses for a couple years now. She made it easy getting in, getting the exam, and then helping me pick out some frames that would best fit me. I'm not a big fan of getting the little puff of air to the eyes but she helped calm my anxiety when dealing with that part of the exam. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things so far about All About Eyes. I’ve had two visits in the past 6 days; the first for an emergency eye exam for what I thought was a foreign body in my eye. I called and spoke to Chris on the phone, who was able to fit me in within an hour of my call to get me taken care of immediately.

As soon as I arrived, Sidney got me to a seat and ran through the paperwork with me, and within 10 minutes I was in a room with the doctor. As it turned out, it wasn’t a foreign body in my eye, but one of my own eyelashes gone rogue, which had begun to curl under and grow into my literal eyeball. Ouch. Doctor numbed my eye and within a moment removed the offending velociraptor claw of an eyelash (which looks huge, but was less than a millimeter in size, I swear) from my eye, and was kind enough to let me take a photograph before we banished it. (I attached it to my review so you can all be as horrified as I was.)

All in all, my first visit was incredibly quick, painless, kind, and professional and I could not have been more impressed.

A short five days later, my friend accidentally stepped on and crushed my glasses, and again I called and spoke to Chris (who at this point, I’m pretty convinced is my guardian angel of the optical world) who for the second time managed to make me a short notice appointment for the same day. I went in and got expert care immediately from the lovely Sidney for the second time, who following a quick and simple exam from doctor, helped me pick out frames to try for the next half hour or so. (And, I was able to get some trial contacts to wear while I picked my frames—a new experience, being able to SEE the frames I’m picking!) She gave me expert opinions on fit and shape for each one I tried, and we eventually whittled down my options to four or five from their extensive selection of stylish/durable/affordable/attractive frames.

A friend dropped by to help me make my final decision, and that was that! We ordered them with no fuss at all, and Sidney was not only able to give me a fantastic price to go along with my quick and painless process, but also put a rush on my glasses so that I can spend as little time wearing a 2-years out of date Rx until my new glasses arrive.

I absolutely can’t recommend All About Eyes enough. Transparent pricing, professional and compassionate staff who are empowered to go the extra mile for their patients (and do so), and a quality product, in an easily accessible local storefront. If you are looking for your next optometrist and opticians, look no further than All About Eyes. They’ve got you covered.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had an issue with a business before. I was seen back in April at this place. A week later I got what I bought and returned a pair of glasses become I only wanted one instead of two. I talked to 4 different people in that week about it and all said my money would go back on my card. I've called over the past few months since with no help into where my money is. They told me back in May that they tried to call me and since I didn't answer that it was coming by check. I end up finding out the check was sent out the end of May 1 month after I returned the glasses. Now here it is the end of June and still no check. This this messed up why would I talk to many people and say the money will go back on my card when it won't and now my $300+ is missing. I'm beyond mad at this point . I want my money back.and this company is no help.

I was not told about being out of network despite asking, was charged a copay and then billed 3 months later the full amount without my insurance ever being billed.
The eye doc also laughed at me during the visit for wanting an animal check up since having LASIK done.
100% will not be back due to this unprofessional experience and lack of communication costing me over $60 dollars.

My husband and I purchased FIVE pairs of glasses last summer. I had to have one pair remade because I couldn’t even read with them even though the second pair was the exact same prescription.

Months later I get two bills, one for my husband and I for additional charges. I found it strange but has Chase send two checks to cover the charges.

One check was cashed, the other was not. I went in today to try to resolve the issue. The person was not helpful at all. Her answer was basically that it must have never been delivered. When I expressed my displeasure with the fact that I paid over $1500 for glasses and I was still receiving two bills for being undercharged she asked if I had tried taking it up with EyeMed.

I won’t go back. I’ll take my several prescriptions each year elsewhere.

I’ve been going to All about eyes for a few years. This appointment was in my opinion rushed. I was the last appointment. I was told one price, then the associate said oh I forgot to add this, then I forgot to add something else. I was not really shown the price and given the price until after was given the receipt. Also I was told to fill out paperwork, no time to explain the charges and explanation of the tests that were offered. I have to say this was not the best service in my opinion.
