Dr Neuland is wonderful!! He is one of the most patient & professional Doctors I have ever met. He truly takes his time to answer all of your questions & thoroughly explain, in detail everything you need to know. His staff is also wonderful. Krystal is very knowledgeable & kind as well. I highly recommend Dr. Neuland!

Dr Neuland is amazing at his job. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and always willing to answer any questions in detail so that you feel comfortable.
Mrs. Paula in the shot clinic is also wonderful.
Highly recommend.
Their billing department leaves much to be desired. I would give them a 1 star. However, the office staff is amazing.

I had such a great experience with this office when I took my 6 year old. Both the nurse and the Dr himself took their time and explained everything so my son could understand. They put him at ease, and were just so pleasant!

This is the 2nd time I have called this doctor's office and got the same horrible receptionist. The first time I called, she said I owed a bill of 110 and that I couldn't pay over the phone but had to call the corporate billing office. I called the corporate office and found out I only owed $18 and the bill she said I owed did not exist. I then called after I paid the bill to set an appointment, I could not be seen until a month later. Now, she has no control over that, however, she was very rude about setting the appointment. I have not once felt this upset or had a bad experience like this before. This is not a reflection on Dr. Neuland or his staff other than the receptionist who clearly has not been trained on how to do her job.
