Dr. Ward and her team are absolutely amazing! Dr. Ward immediately came to my aid in an emergency eye situation. She went above and beyond on informing me about my condition and providing proper care and medications. I will never go anywhere else for eye care!!!!

The staff at Aloma Eye Associates are engaging, knowledgeable, competent and have great customer service. They give each person their full attention and do their best to answer any questions. Everyone I've come into contact with has had a wonderfully positive attitude and great sense of humor. I really appreciate the professional yet friendly demeanor of Dr. Amy Ward as well. She truly seems to care that you understand everything that was done during your visit and is very (rightly so) proud of her staff and office and keeps her equipment and staff practices updated. I look forward to my appointments here and feel well taken care of.

Picking up glasses is a hassle! I called ahead to make sure the only staff member that adjusts glasses would be there and to find out the best time to go, since it's a come in and wait, set up. The last two years, I had to come back because the staff member had stepped out. This year I waited a while then went to the front desk to ask if someone needs to notify the staff member. Her answer was a friendly no just go over and wait. When I returned to the glasses, two people had walked in and I was now 3rd in line.

I've been seeing Dr. Ward for all my eye care needs for about 20 years now. I love her and her staff. The atmosphere is friendly and caring. Dr. Ward is a great listener and I love how she explains everything. I find her easy to talk to and ask questions of. My most recent experience was due to cataracts and Dr. Ward referred me to a great surgeon and she is providing follow up care.

I would not hesitate to recommend her practice to friends (and I have).
