Dr. Reed and Nora are truly heaven sent. We called about 5 places and they all were being extremely difficult with getting an appointment but Nora was beyond helpful! Nora took time to work with us not mention we came way earlier than we were supposed to and they still worked with us to get eye care. We are a small family and we really valued the quality and care Dr. Reed took with us. If you are reading this please look no further as they are the best!

Dr. Reed is a good Dr, but I'm not happy at this moment because I've been trying to get medical records for almost two months now, and they haven't yet. I've literally called like 10 times, and I even spoke with Dr Reed, and he said he would send them, and weeks later, I'm still waiting. Im also still waiting on glasses, and months later, still nothing. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. My kids and I won't ever be going here again. Very bad service. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent experience! I brought my 5 yr old for a wellness check and Dr. Reed completed a thorough exam while making my 5yr old comfortable. This is a PRIVATE office with a hometown feel where I know my children were getting an experienced and comprehensive evaluation.

Dr. Christopher Reed and his receptionist Susan provide exceptional care and service at their optometry practice. From the moment you walk in, Susan's warm demeanor and efficiency set a positive tone for the visit. Dr. Reed's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the examinations, and he took the time to address all of our concerns with patience and clarity. What truly impressed me was how well they catered to children; my kids felt at ease and even enjoyed their eye exams, thanks to Dr. Reed's gentle approach and Susan's friendly interactions. I highly recommend Dr. Reed and his team for anyone seeking top-notch eye care in a welcoming environment!

I think Dr. Reed is kind, however it seems to be chaotic every time I go in. The receptionist seems kind at first, but definitely will flip on you very quickly. I have asked for my prescription 3 times now on 3 different visits and still do not have it. The receptionist who wrote my prescription out for me on a previous visit became very defensive and accusatory that I didn't ask for my full progressive prescription and only asked for my single vision. It was my 1st time wearing progressives so I wouldn't have even known there was a difference, I just asked for my prescription. I was very taken aback at the way she flipped on me.

Not to mention we were called twice that my kids' glasses were ready for pick up and they were broken the first time, then we went in today after being told they were ready and they were, in fact, not ready. We felt like a bother to the receptionist and doctor. We waited about 30 minutes and finally the doctor came out with my son's glasses.

We won't be back. I'd rather just pay for a new eye exam elsewhere and be treated with a little more kindness. And leave with a prescription in my hand.

The receptionist appears to be incredibly kind, however, heaven forbid you need further clarification on anything. She immediately becomes extremely defensive and uncooperative. She is very rude. Following my appointment, I asked for a copy of my prescription and after many, MANY phone calls between myself and the office, more than three weeks later, I was finally given my copy. My sister went in to pick up her frames, and they tried to make her pay. We had already paid at our initial visit, but they are so disorderly that they could not locate our paperwork. It took pulling up credit card history. Then I went to pick up my own frames a week or so later, and they tried to make me pay. I had also already paid, yet the receptionist insists that I had not. Now, I was told to wait for the doctor to return because the receptionist is “very confused” and “does not have any of my paperwork.” If she does not have my paperwork/bill history, then who does?

update - the doctor truly is super professional! After a discussion, we were refunded.

Ms. Chcretia went well out of her way to be kind to me, even when she was working alone with an office phone that did not stop ringing. She asked questions about my life in an empathetic and caring way, and I appreciated it. Dr. Reid was very knowledgeable as well. He had a way of explaining my astigmatism to me that was understandable. Together we ultimately chose a plan that was flexible AND affordable. All in all I am very happy with my visit and am now a loyal client to this wonderful office.

Also(!) They let me come to my appointment early because they had availability which was very nice
