Very caring staff from beginning to end. Each person was fantastic. They took time with me, helped make it on the table and made sure that I was comfortable. I’m claustrophobic so they put a washcloth over my eyes and it helped so much. Everything was done in a timely manner with professionalism and grace. I won’t go any other place for an MRI.

My first contact was making an appointment with Michelle. She was friendly and professional. Our experience on the day of the appointment was TOP NOTCH! Front desk was friendly and professional. The MRI staff took great care of my mother. She was a bit dizzy after the procedure. They took the time to transport her in a wheelchair to my vehicle. Awesome customer service! Wonderful experience. Both office staff and technician were so helpful, patient, explaining everything. The technician was patient answered all my questions and removed my fears. She talked to me during through headphones to encourage me and tell me I was doing great and the time left in the scan, picked my fav pandora music, great experience. I was at the Douglasville location. Facility was neat and clean.

The staff is always so friendly, profrssional. I’ve never had a bad experience. I had a slight panic attack going in (first time that’s ever happened) and Erin was very patient ,and helped to calm me. AH will always be my first choice for imaging services.

Highly recommended, the communication before my appointment was very reassuring. Then the receptionist was very welcoming to myself and everyone who came in the office. The care and professionalism is unmatched. The facilities were very nice, and the personnel were excellent at their jobs. I’ve had about 6 Imaging experiences in my lifetime and this was without a doubt my very best experience.
