I am very displeased and dissatisfied with this company. This year was my first time ever dealing with them. I was suppose to receive a call from them within 24 hours after my appointment. I did not, so I reached out to them. When I called they collected my insurance information and told me it would take about 2-3 days for them to run my insurance due to it be labor day weekend. This is something I completely understand. I was then told I would receive a call back about the prescription the following day, possibly two days because they were waiting for my insurance company to get back to them. Once again, I never received the call and had to call them back. They then proceeded to ask me for my insurance information again, and not for verification. I was then told I would be called back again for the third time and this time she asked to verify my cell phone number, it was the incorrect number and told me that was probably why I did not receive the first call. She told me she would call me back within five minutes and called me back an hour later, but this time I missed the call. I called them back and another lady asked me again for my insurance for the third time and out of frustration, I asked had they lost my information from the prior two times. She put me on hold, and magically said she found the information. Then I was told again they needed to process my insurance still, once again, and that this time it would take 3-4 weeks. I am unsure who the women were with whom I spoke with but I am extremely disappointed and I have canceled my prescription here and have taken my business elsewhere. I wish to gain nothing but give awareness to the manager or owner of this Pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy to finally just cancel this prescription, she said " No one has dropped the ball, there is a process and it takes time to process...etc". To whomever you are, I understand it takes time but up to four weeks is not true. Also it is polite to apologize when a customer has been inconvenienced. I should not have had to call your pharmacy multiple times and give my information multiple times. I should not have had to cancel my follow up appointment with my dermatologist.

The only reason why I'm giving them three stars is because their parking situation sucks, I understand that there a small pharmacy but they could do better with parking. Other than that, they are awesome with having all of your prescriptions in stock, of course they have to order them but the have them none the less. I love this pharmacy but the drive to Decatur from Atlanta though 🤦🏾‍♂️ but it's totally worth it. Everyone in there is so nice and friendly also.

Anchor Pharmacy's level of professionalism is excellent. The entire staff was always kind, courteous and patient. They communicated well in regards to the status of my medication in all aspects. Cost, insurance authorization and delivery. Delivery was prompt, medication well packaged; delivery personnel courteous. I would highly recommend this Pharmacy.

I don’t even know where to start, in ~1 month I used this pharmacy literally ZERO interactions went as intended. Almost always, my medications were delivered 5 to 7 days after the estimated date, so I had gaps in my treatment. They also sent the wrong quantity of one of my medications after I waited almost a week to get it delivered in the first place. And if you try to ask them why this happened, the pharm techs will just gaslight you that nothing happened and it is only addressed if you convince them to transfer you to a pharmacist.

There are a lot of great independent pharmacies around the ATL area, use one of them. This is not one of them.

EDIT: The response from the owner is not accurate and is an example of the gaslighting, immaturity, and inability to take criticism that I mentioned.

My doctors office provided CONCRETE PROOF by showing my the medical record that anchor pharmacy had the correct prescription and mistakenly sent an outdated one while claiming not to have the updated one. My provider thanked me for telling them this information about my troubles as they directed me and other patients to this pharmacy so this kind of behavior is good to know for the future.

They indulged in the childlike tendency to avoid admitting to a mistake to the extent that they followed me to the google reviews to gaslight me further after I already transferred to another pharmacy and forgot about them.

TDLR: If you want to maintain your sanity please do not use this pharmacy lol

I recently visited Anchor Pharmacy and had the pleasure of being assisted by Tulisha and Bre. Both technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience.

Tulisha was attentive and took the time to explain my medication clearly, answering all my questions with patience. Bre was equally helpful, making the process seamless and efficient. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer.

It's refreshing to see such dedicated staff who genuinely care about their clients. I highly recommend visiting Anchor Pharmacy, especially if you have the chance to be helped by Tulisha and Bre!

Anchor has been wonderful handling my son’s prescriptions. They add any and all discount cards to save us money. So grateful our doctor suggested it.

I have been using this pharmacy for years . I trusted them so much to the point I did not check the dates and contents of the containers until I realized I'm receiving different medications with expired dates. Thanks to whoever pharmacist i encountered who asked me to send her photos. I dug out my thrash can to take out the label which I have already peeled it off. That is where I found that that medications were filled in April. That may be expired. People be watchful out there.
