I had such a great experience at Anne & Valentin! I walked in hoping to get my Gentle Monster kro glasses fixed. It was a very expensive pair and apparently very hard to fit lens onto the frame. I was fully expecting to pay for the repair. To my surprise, they fixed them quickly and didn’t charge me a thing. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient

It’s rare to find such genuine and helpful service these days, and I really appreciated their generosity. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next pair of glasses and recommending them to friends and family.

Above and beyond service from Alexi and Sebastian! I needed my lenses switched out for an updated prescription. Both gentlemen were so helpful and understanding of my time constraints despite having a very busy evening at the store. They even added extra steps like changing my nose pads for me. Very grateful! I needed a pair of replacement temples on a pair of very expensive frames that were bought many years ago and not available anymore. Somehow a gentleman named Tariq who works there, through days of hard work, managed to find them for me. Tariq is extremely knowledgable, professional, polished, resourceful and takes the time and effort to resolve a problem. Due to his efforts and manner, I will be buying more beautiful frames at this store.

Noah initially helped me and picked out a selection of sunglasses he thought I might like. I ended up with two. Have been wanting a pair of Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses and I’m in love with them. Saved myself a flight to LA. I was not disappointed. We went back to exchange and Kate was very helpful in trying to get a bigger size appreciate her. They didn’t have a bigger size but she said she was gonna see what they could do

I would like to write a new review, but I seem to only be able to update my previous review. I returned for a new pair of frames. Seraphine adjusted my current Dune frames and was extremely pleasant and patient, showing me new options. I chose a pair that should work well for my new prescription. Thank you to Adina for adjusting my Barbara frames yesterday and changing the nose pads to silicone! They are now comfortable and stay in place. It makes such a huge difference! I'll be back for the France frames sometime soon.
