My experience here from start to finish was wonderful! Everyone at the front was very nice, and even though I had arrived a little late and it was very busy, they were so kind and helpful. Outstanding! Dr. Antoine & staff have been taking care of me for years. Not just eye exams! They really care about the health of your eyes and get things resolved when I’ve had scratched corneas, irritations or eye infections over the years. Wonderful, competent practice.

Antoine Eye Care doctors and associates are the best…They treat you with so much care and explain everything that they are doing..I had the pleasure of meeting a new associate who was there only a week…She was so friendly and professional I would have never thought she was there just a week..Then she told me she used to be a kindergarten teacher…so that showed me where her caring heart came from…Thank you to everyone there

I was sent an automated message that I was due for an eye exam, so I called and scheduled one. Go all the way to the appointment for the front desk to tell me I’m not due until next year, which is in a few days.

Also, there was an exchange in the waiting room that left me feeling uncomfortable and happy that I will not continue to support this business.

A toddler was sitting in waiting area, I assumed his parent/guardian was in exam room. One of the doctors walks up to him and asked him if that was his device, then he asked the toddler can he turn down his phone and asked him if he knew how, yes it was a little loud but it was not bothering me or even the other patient sitting next to me(I’m guessing it was given to him to keep him occupied while parent/guardian was getting exam). The toddler was just looking up at him with wide eyes, he didn’t look like he knew how to respond to this adult standing over him asking him a series of questions. There was so much wrong in that exchange between a very young child and an adult. 1. Be an adult, be professional and find the parent/guardian before approaching a small child… 2. Why was the parent allowed to leave the child in waiting room unattended in the first place?
Looking at that exchange was so uncomfortable as an adult and as a parent.

Then when I looked at the adult badge while at the desk… it was Dr. Antoine(not the same doctor I saw when I previously had an eye exam, the previous I believe was Dr. Dominic, he was very very professional and kind.)

Dr. Antoine was even rude to me & receptionist, as the receptionist was talking to me about the appointment mix up he just interrupted to say what he was going to say to her and didn’t say excuse me, just started talking.

When then receptionist asked if I would like to schedule another appointment on the new year I clearly said NO. The whole appointment mix up and the waiting room exchange was uncomfortable to say the least. No need to support a business, if can’t keep client records straight or even have common courtesy.

Dr. Mike and staff were friendly, organized, on time, and explained what my insurance covered. I was very happy with the quality of the service and how efficiently the office operated. The scan they do instead of dilation is great.

Dominic was incredibly thorough and checked things that most eye doctors don’t seem to. He explained things very well.

John was also great in the shop. He checked my pupillary distance on his own with a pen, which I was super thankful for as I’ve had multiple lenses get messed up with the PD being off from the usual contraption they check it with.
