Walking in is like teleporting to a better time.
The staff is amazing! They are knowledgeable and friendly. Medication is in stock and if you’ve got questions they do everything to answer them. Leila and Lores have the sweetest helping spirit!! You don’t see this level of customer service anymore, they are outstanding!

I have gone to the apothecary shoppe for years. They are very kind and caring and I have never had a problem! They are always faster than any other pharmacy in getting my medication filled. They remember who I am which is a nice personal touch. And I would not trade them for any other pharmacy! If you are going to another pharmacy it would behoove you to change and go to the apothecary shoppe where the service is nothing but excellent!

Truly excellent service by caring people. Mira (sp) assisted me. I was moved by her compassion. She helped me to identify a product that was right for my mother and she was more concerned about finding the right product, then making a sale. She even told me where I might go to look for what I needed. A few weeks ago we purchased a new Rollator for my mother. They assembled it for me and made sure that it was ready. I have been truly impressed their services make a difficult situation a little more bearable.

I agree with those who rated this business with a 1 or less, I too would give it a ZERO RATING if I could.
First of all, please make sure you READ THROUGH all the REVIEWS as a 4 rating is NOT accurate; I have noticed that now businesses with low ratings seem to either ask family/friends to rate them with a Five stars or just create fake accounts and rate themselves with HIGH ratings to offset the LOW ones.
This business basically SUCKS, their customer service is the worst. I can even affirm that they are prejudice against Latinos; I witnessed a staff member talking to another client about immigrants in a very condescending way; this while I was standing there waiting to be served.
I have been to this place a couple of times and they have basically refused to serve me with some sort of lame excuses about the insurance coverage my mom's has, which BTW she has a primary and secondary. I have already filed a complaint with my mom's insurance and will report them to the pharmacy commission; business like this shouldn't have a license!!!

UPDATED REPLY TO BUSINESS RESPONSE ON ORIGINAL REVIEW:

1. You wouldn't have a perfect score because even if you are having family/friends and or fake accounts giving you 5 STARS, you can't get rid of the negative reviews that like mine you have on here
2. I have spoken to my mom's insurance several times, each time with different individuals, they all agreed that the fact your pharmacy is dividing ONE WALKER into THREE DIFFERENT PARTS(walker, seat and breaks) is absolutely ABSURD. The last person I spoke to volunteered to file a grievance report against your pharmacy for this practice, therefore, the insurance agrees that what your business is doing is WRONG!
3. The fact that you are an immigrant and you are allowing an employee to speak negatively about a specific group of people is even more disappointing. I was there and the person on the register did engaged the client and was EVEN LAUGHING about it, therefore you can't tell me it didn't happen because I WITNESSED it. You can say you have a recording of the whole incident but that doesn't necessarily means you are telling the TRUTH, your credibility is already questionable as there are clients on here accusing you of being DISHONEST. I am glad that WE as clients have this venue to expose businesses abuse; some folks are so ignorant when dealing with people that like myself English is their second language and may not seem intelligent/ educated in their view, not knowing that people like me might not be able to speak PERFECT ENGLISH but sure can WRITE better than the average native American. That's why I am on here to expose the nonsense ignorant individuals have going on in businesses that are SUPPOSED to treat EVERYONE with commom courtesy and RESPECT!!!

FINALLY, the one and ONLY REASON I came to your shop FIRST in this occasion is because it is a more convenient location wise, and because I wanted to confirm that your business lacks of good customer service practice since service was denied to me once before supposedly because my mom's insurance had a deductible and you wanted me to pay out of pocket without EVEN CHECKING that she had a secondary insurance.

$25 might not seem significant in your pocket but if you charge $25 to every DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN that comes to your business, it would definitely add up.....The disrespect and lack of good customer service is why I am exposing your business and so nobody else goes through what I just experienced. We as clients DESERVE to be treated with RESPECT because thanks to us, you are in business. We are not asking for charity, senior citizens have a FIXED INCOME and shouldn't have to pay out of pocket if their insurance(s) covers. If you call exposing bad practice as hateful then so be it and I am not the only one on here giving you the lowest rating so there must be a reason why....I am sure I would not be the last!

The Apothecary Staff always provides Excellent Service. I purchased compression there for my swollen, achy legs. Also, the staff helped me to choose the right size walker for my mom, as well as her wound care items and diapers. I am so grateful for them! Thank You Apothecary.

If I could give this place a -0 I would upon arriving at the store I was greeted by a lady mouthful of food.she said "what can I help you with." I then proceeded tell her what I needed she then asked me what insurance and told me a we don't accept that without even checking.Then the other lady came up to say we do accept it. The lady who told me they don't take my insurance then proceeded to say I didn't know. I asked her do you not want to help me today. I ask for her name she gave it to me Mary I asked for her last she said I'm not giving it to you you can complain all you want.

Staff was not welcoming. Upon walking in, I was not greeted. I was told to sit my prescription down on the counter because the worker had to clock in. Then she acted clueless when it came to helping me or answering a question on the phone. One person was doing everything. Don’t think I will be returning unless I just have to. Customer service is a must, especially first thing in the mornings. You should be refreshed and ready to start a new day. How hard is it to say Good Morning.
