I was referred to Appelman by a co-worker that had great things to say about them. I am beyond pleased with the services that I received! The staff were very kind, and helpful. I feel that they have great advanced equipment as well! The Young lady eye Dr that seen me was very thorough and explained everything well and took the extra time to hear my concerns. Trying some different contacts (mono) and so far so good! I can actually see with the RX she has prescribed. And my glasses I picked were bold and different and the young lady that helped me pick them out, and worked through my insurance, was also awesome and helpful! I can say I’m very pleased with my outcome and very grateful my friend/co-worker referred me! If you’re needing a change or a new Optometrist, Appelman is worth the switch! Thanks Appelman!

Coming from a small town, I had problems finding an optometrist that I felt deserved my business. Most optometrists are capable of fitting you for new glasses or contacts, but few will be able to match Dr. Appelman and his staff.

Everyone working there will want to get to know you, ask about your family, and how you've been. They won't rush you, or pressure you. They'll give you their opinion, and even work you in last minute if they can. All that is fantastic, but for me the most important thing is I know that I can trust Dr. Appelman and his staff. Trust is so important, and so hard to earn, but he has done it. I won't trust my eyes with anyone else.

If you're new to town, or looking for a new eye doctor, don't hesitate to give them a try. I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed. He gives you that small town service in the middle of an urban area.

Better late than never, I visited Dr. Carenza here for my first eye exam! The doctor and staff were professional and courteous. Since this was my first exam, they took the time to explain things. I plan on coming back for future exams and as my vision needs develop.
