Service was quick and exam efficient, with state of the art technology to enhance the assessment of my eyes’ health. Dr Park is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and asked pertinent questions about my general health as related to vision. He explained in detail everything he was seeing on the screen, and pointed out developments to be aware of.
This was my 3rd or 4th exam at this practice, and their prescriptions have always been perfect. With the added bonus of cost savings on both the optometry exam and Costco opticians sides, I have been very happy that I switched a few years ago.

Dr. Park seemed to be a nice guy and it was an enjoyable visit. He agreed that my lenses should stay the same so I requested a prescription showing no changes. When I received my glasses they were blurry... the optician discovered what appeared to be a typo given that a single + should have been a - . So I took the prescription back to Dr. Park's receptionist and was told they couldn't correct it without another eye exam given that I had accepted the prescription when I left so that was on me. I told her I'm not an eye doctor that can read the prescription and confirm it's accuracy... it was clear when i left I wanted a prescription equal to my current glasses. She then stated she would make a manual change but that I would be provided ao further services on the prescription because I was ordering it to be altered. At that point I was starting to get very heated but felt it was in everyone's interest to just accept the corrected prescription and move on. I'm sure Dr. Park does great work but his staff could use some upgrading.

Was seen quickly. I love the mapping of the retina so a comparison can be done if the dr sees any changes. Plus no obligation to buy glasses there. I have my prescription and can order there or online if I chose. I like Dr park and feel confident about his care.

Certainly a class above the rest. If you are a Costco customer and do not utilize Dr. Park and his eye care associates at Costco...you are missing out! And the office has the nicest and most professional staffing. I am a proud patient!
