Dr Bateman does the testing.
I was much more confident as in the past at other clinics, other staff performed the testing and I was skeptical when I got to the doctor and they questioned the results.
Great experience.
Great help finding the correct frames.
The cost of frames were much more affordable than the big eye centers.
Highly recommended.
I am an RN and was impressed by the amount of time the doctor spent with me.

Extremely helpful staff. Helped me figure out insurance hiccups and went out of their way to get me the best frames within my price range.
Clear and succinct information on lens options, as well as just overall being incredibly nice people!
Optician was a wonderful person as well, very kind and down to earth!

The staff were friendly and competent as was the doctor. They use the latest methods and machinery for examining eyes. The doctor answered all my questions. No complaints. Artisan has beautiful glasses And they are very conveniently located.

My experience at Artisan Eyeworks was exceptional. Dr. Bates is a very thorough and patient optometrist, and offered some advice that improved my vision that I had not gotten previously. And Mary, the eyeglass person was also so thorough and patient. I received excellent care at Artisan Eyeworks. And OH WHAT FUN!!! They have the coolest eyewear.
