Kim was truly a blessing to me. Today was my first experience buying kratom. This past year I have focused on cleaning up my lifestyle. Eating clean , getting off all prescription and over the counter drugs. I have succeeded with everything except pain management. Today after Kim explained to me my options. Even let me try a sample there in the store. I feel that I will be able to live a pain free life without drugs! You have no idea what a blessing this experience has been for me!! Those bad reviews refer to the previous owner, at a location just south of this one. This shop is clean, spacious, and very well thought out. The owner and employees are the nicest people you'll ever meet - not on drugs at all! No animals in this shop! The quality of their kratom is top-notch and pure. I would invite anyone who had a bad experience at the other location to stop in and see for their self what a great shop this is! Good prices, too!

I went into the store front yesterday after searching for places and reading reviews to get good quality kratom. As soon as I entered I was immediately greeted which made me feel good. I told the guy (can't remember name) what I was going through and he immediately knew what I needed. I've had kratom before but never this quality. I almost didn't try it again because I thought the quality would be like the others.... boy was I wrong. This place is amazing and Kratom is god sent. The 2 ladies in there (I think one of them was the owner) were extremely helpful with my needs. I was very upfront and honest on what I needed it for and without any judgment she told me exactly what I needed and her judgment was 100% correct. I will continue to be a customer to them.

When I walked through the door two big ass pit bulls jumped all over me, humped my leg and he was sitting at the desk eating a burrito. We questioned him about his different strands and he just kept chewing (not answering ANY of our questions). There was a filthy couch with tennis shoes on it and dog toys everywhere. The place was a mess. We tried to be friendly and he just kept smacking on his burrito. I have never been in a business like this. I felt as if I were in a trap house buying drugs. I have never been so uncomfortable. I don't see how he got a good review, it had to have been his mother. I would not recommend this place to anyone and definitely would NEVER take children in there because it was so nasty!! And not to mention how he was staring a hole through. Me as my husband was digging in his wallet!!

Tanna Shirley was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful in helping me to choose the right product. She was very very nice and friendly . The bad reviews are BS. It's a miracle when it comes to recovery. Yeah, it's a small space and very basic, but they have the best product I've had. I've been using it for over a decade for anxiety and pain. It has gotten me off heavy opiates also without withdrawal. You can get it cheaper online, but quality is unmatched and there's no waiting. They're real people helping others in need. God bless for putting yourselves out there. I am and will be a return customer.
