It was my wife’s birthday and I purchased an Aura massage packaged ( forgot which one it was). After Elizabeth worked her magical healing powers on her, my wife told me it was the most powerful and best massage she has ever had. So in return my wife purchased a Reiki class for me to experience. I was so excited because I was always curious about Reiki but always talked myself out on doing it. So the time came and Elizabeth was so knowledgeable and kind to the point you felt like you were home talking to your sister. She has a beautiful and magical gift with connecting with people. I am beyond grateful with what Elizabeth has shared with me and can’t wait to take Reiki II. Thank you again Elizabeth!!

WOW! As soon as you open the door the energy is just so peaceful. I love this spa and it is definitely on the top of my list for places where I need to recharge and reset. The yoga studio is beautiful and they offer a fantastic shop with all kinds of herbs and crystals. The staff is very knowledgeable in helping you to select just the right items for you. I had a facial done and it was the best I have had Liz was so sweet and her presence felt very calm. Her technique made my skin felt so good and relieved from all the tension. I love that the skincare she uses is of high quality and so good for the skin (completely non-toxic). Her holistic approach made the experience even better and my skin was glowing at the end!
