I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I know how difficult it can be to deal with the public and I also know how hard it can be to get good customer service up here and I can say that they have consistently been a great Pharmacy to deal with for the past seven years we have taken our business to them. I've used pretty much every pharmacy in Yucca Valley. Avalon is by far the best pharmacy I've been to. Even when other pharmacies had my medications on back order, Avalon did not have these issues.

Up until yesterday this was the best Pharmacy in town. I loved it until I was told that I’m getting fired from the pharmacy and they will no longer fill any of my prescriptions with no notice. The reasoning is because I call and check on my my prescriptions because they never called me and tell me anything is ready. I was yelled at and humiliated for no reason at all. The pharmacist should not not treat people like this, especially people with chronic pain conditions. He said that he has cancer patients that are more important and he didn’t have time for me.

Best Pharmacy around Morongo Basin. Very friendly staff and the Pharmacist is very helpful as well. Just simply Ask. Amit, Rhonda , Parneet , Brenda, Laurie , Valerie and Bonnie are always there to help you. Prescriptions are done in no time and handed to you with great smile. ? Highly Recommended!!
