This company is 3.3 stars, please be advised before going in. The customer service lacks in multiple areas, I had arrived with my nebulizer machine to try to find a new mouth piece. The woman was extremely rude and stated I need to come back with my prescription. I did and then she states I need to come back with the receipt for the nebulizer, she had never stated that the first time. After going three times to this store, they made every excuse not to help, keep in mind I have walking pneumonia. If I could give them 0 stars I would, this is why Amazon is becoming such a big company - prices are cheap and you don’t need the receipt for your machine. They will most likely go out of business with their high prices, negligence, and jaw dropping (not in a good way) customer service. Try cox medical supply instead!

I needed compression socks but being 4’11 that’s kinda hard but Janelle, who was working when I went in, she explained compression in detail (not one doctor has explained this to me) and what i needed so she measured me so I would know what size I need, she also told me some of the cheaper options because that location didn’t have my size.

With my Mom in a skilled care facility, with the goal of getting her back home, the social worker that I had been dealing with suggested having Bach Medical Supply perform a free home assessment. Jeremy Hewitt, their Executive Director, contacted me directly, and promptly scheduled the assessment. Jeremy was professional and courteous. He listened to my assessment of my Mom's skills and abilities, gave suggestions for home modifications and products, provided a quote, and I reviewed them with my Mom.

After selecting a lift chair in the store, they quickly scheduled the installation. Matt arrived promptly, was friendly, engaged and customer service-oriented. Without their help, the home would not have been ready in time for my Mom to come home.

I recommend using Bach Medical Supply if you have a loved one or friend that may need some home modifications. They are friendly, professional and offer reasonably priced solutions.

Walked in and was greeted at the door! Outstanding customer service! I went into Bach Medical in search of compression socks, unsure of what I was really getting myself into. One of the sweet customer service representatives, Bethany, helped size me and show me the many options they had available. She was knowledgeable of the product, answered all my questions, and helped me pick a few pairs of compression socks that fit me perfectly! Bethany really made me feel welcomed with her friendly smile. I will be referring all my family and friends to Back for all of their medical equipment needs because I know they will be in good hands.

I tried to get a CPAP from them. When I showed up for my appointment the CPAP they tried to push on me did not fit my needs. As a matter of fact my insurance requires me to pay 10 month rental fee. That fee would have paid for the machine at a net profit. Then they bill my insurance.
I needed a travel CPAP " because I travel for work extensively" which they carry 2 brands. The lady Brinda I think is her name said my insurance would not pay for it. So I didn't take it no big deal. I call my insurance and they said they would pay if the script specified travel. So I had another script sent over that specified travel. They would not process the script. I asked why and there answer was " it's company policy to only sell travel CPAP machines for cash only. We won't send them through insurance" . This company doesn't care about people there out to give you the cheapest product at the highest markup then Bill your insurance company after you've already paid for it in rental fees. This is why our health insurance premiums are so high. Companies like this is who you thank. I can order my product online for half the price.

I was staying in a hotel in Springfield with my mother who is receiving cancer treatment. She left a section of the electrical cord to her CPAP machine at home 80 miles away. I called and got an adapt healthcare representative and explained her situation. He immediately said they did not have any cords. I asked if he thought I could get something like that at Walmart and he said “ I don’t work at Walmart so I don’t know”. I ended up calling another number for Bach medical supply in Springfield and unfortunately got transferred to the same person. He said to me “ I just spoke to you 3 minutes ago and we still don’t have any cords”. Completely ignorant! I ended up calling lincare and they were extremely nice and found a cord for her to use.
