Desde el día que ingresé al hospital fui recibida con una cordialidad extraordinaria, el trato de todo el personal en general fue excelente, nos trataron con calidad y calidez, siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, resolviendo nuestras dudas, dándonos ánimos.
Antes de llegar aquí, pasé por varios hospitales, recibí diferentes tratamientos, pero ninguno me ayudaba a mejorar, al contrario cada día me sentía peor...realmente fue una bendición el haber llegado a este hospital. Soy extranjera, me encuentro de vacaciones, no hablo ingles y eso jamás fue un impedimento para recibir una atención de calidad, al contrario todos los que estuvieron durante mi proceso de hospitalización (9 dias) me hacían sentir segura y con mucha tranquilidad.
A nadie nos gusta pasar por procesos de enfermedad, mucho menos el estar hospitalizados, pero definitivamente si en algún futuro tuviese que atravesar por una situación como la que acabo de pasar, desearía el poder ser atendida nuevamente aquí, porque se que estaría en las mejores manos.

Surgery staff deserves 10 stars! I had surgery Tuesday and every single person I came in contact with was sweet, personable, and made me feel so comfortable. It took a lot of my anxiety away knowing I was being well taken care of. I'll still be stopping by with some baked goods once I'm healed!!

Had the BEST experience ever here delivering my baby. Did not meet 1 bad nurse or midwife/doctor. Quiet experience. Nurses were very comforting and encouraging. Never once made me feel bad for asking for anything. Id give 10 stars if I could. Only thing that was not comfortable was the beds. Wish they'd upgrade them but it's not a make or break deal for me. If I ever was to decide to have another child, I'd definitely come back to Baptist Clay.

Went to the Baptist Clay ER on the afternoon of 9/14/2024. Visited the ER, due to being rear ended, late Friday afternoon, while stopped at red Traffic Light, on 9/13/2024. Staff at the entry were very nice and helpful. The DO. on duty was pleasant, but, not thorough. He had been in the exam room, maybe 5 minutes. A Nurse or tech opened the exam area I was in, and said they had another person that needed the DO to look at, I fully understand, if someone is more severely injured or life threatening injury. The nurse that came to my exams took to get the DO, said he was the only doctor on duty in the ER. I fully expected him to come back in my exam room, after he handled the other patient. One Doctor in the ER is unsatisfactory with the population in Clay County.

I was reading over the ER treatment summary, and the doctor’s notes. He said my stomach and arms were good. He never touched my stomach, arms, legs, or lower back. Was in there about 3-4 minutes. Again, I mentioned my right shoulder and hand was tingling. Never touched my arm or outer shoulder. Don’t think I’ll be using Baptist Clay again. After I sat in the exam room for about 30 minutes, a lady came in and got all my personal info, and left. Then a while later a nurse came in and discharged me. Again, never saw the doctor again. Most of the summery of treatment statement is not true.

I am so disappointed in the care I received, Baptist Clay.

I had such a terrible experience here. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the staff. My mom went in for a serious head eyes and ear emergency. She went on a Wednesday and waited so long and was forgotten about so she decided to leave after being there for 3 hours. She returned the next morning (still in excruciating pain). She was finally taken back into a STORAGE room where other nurses would come in and pick up or drop off equipment. The doctor asked a few questions and diagnosed my mom with a nasal congestion and prescribed her allergy nasal spray over the counter for $8.99. This service does not differ from a basic doctors visit or urgent care visit. After the diagnosis sent by a nurse I would assume, we asked to speak to the doctor again because the symptoms did not align with what my mom was experiencing. The nurses had terrible attitudes and were practically avoiding us. Terrible customer service, people skills, and just a lack of skill in general. I am so disappointed that this is the nearest hospital and if I am sick these people will be the ones to treat me, which is disturbing.

In the lavatory where I was the waiting area was extremely spacious welcoming had sunshine and a wonderful vibe due to the very Interactive and pleasant staff in the check-in and waiting area. The actual lab area was even more cleaner very friendly very open the staff you can tell took a lot of pride in their jobs they had clean very well pressed uniforms that caught my attention the gentleman who drew my blood was very attentive made sure I'd have blood drawn before and address any concerns that I could possibly have

The NICU was absolutely a wonderful place for my granddaughter to be welcomed into our world!! Super clean and the team of nurses were outstanding!! Caring, excellent communication skills and very well trained. Highly recommend for those who need the help. Thank you for all ya did
