My car battery was about to die and I was having trouble finding service on a Saturday morning. I called these guys, they were super helpful and pleasant to work with. They took my car info over the phone so when I arrived the battery was ready to install. Smooth process, so grateful they were available to help.

There was Z E R O - zero, customer awareness in the store. I watched as one store employee took a customers call on his cell phone. On SPEAKER phone. The customer on the phone was frustrated. She couldn't hear the employee and the employee seemed annoyed to even have to take the call. The employee who "helped" me had so little knowledge of store operations he had to keep asking the dis-interested employee for help. I bought my battery online for in store pickup. If I had just gone to the store, I would have walked out without making a purchase. Management should be taking a concentrated look at this store because if this conduct is representative of the brand... you should all sell your stock.

No way in hell I'm ever letting them touch my phone again. I came to get my screened replaced, they replaced it in 2 hours - which is great. Customer service GREAT. The issue I have is that the next day- the very next day, some water spilled on my phone and my phone completely blacked out. Now, I have a phone that should be water and dust resistant. I have replaced my screen many times with different companies and I've never had this issue before. My phone has seen the inside of showers, pools, oceans and spills and I've never had an issue. If I paid more than $30 for this services I would be making a bigger stink about this. But, it's worth sharing that this place needs to train their employees on how to repair a phone PROPERLY. This includes sealing it as well!

This store used to have a great selection of hard-to-find bulbs and a very knowledgeable staff. Neither of those things are true anymore. It's a shame. The death of retail. If you're looking for a hard-to-find bulb, it's hit and miss here, and don't look for any meaningful help from the staff. On to Amazon. Unfortunately.

I went into this store on October 21st to get a crack screen fix on my phone per insurance. Issac check me in and took the phone for 2 hours. After the 2 hours phone was not fix, but it was damaged by Issac who tried to fix it by cracking and chipping 3 edges of the phone. It seems that whatever tools was used was done with some force that it crack the edges in the back. Phone was cracked all over and later found out that he also damaged my speaker....This person is not qualified to do this job.... He has no integrity and lied about these issues when asked about it. To run a business with dishonest and unqualified people is no recipe for disaster. Do not let them touch your phone.
