Dr. Chris has been my optometrist for years now and he runs a great practice. The office has a warm and comforting atmosphere and is equipped with all of the latest technology. Dr. Chris has a pleasant chairside manner and is very thorough with his exam. I’ve been very happy with the service here and would not hesitate to refer friends and family.

I went to Battle Born with a perscription from another South Meadows provider after a poor customer service experience. I am extremely demanding when it comes to my glasses - I want them to look good as well as correct my vision! From the moment I walked in I was treated with courtesy and respect. Their frame selection is outstanding. More importantly the service I received was exceptional. Based on my initial experience, a few days after picking up my new regular glasses I returned to order sunglasses. While it took a little longer to get my sunglasses, the staff kept me appraised of what was going on. The sunglasses were worth the wait! I'm delighted with them and I am looking forward to having my next exam here given the quality of the customer service I received. I highly recommend Battle Born Eye Care.

Dr. Christopher Nannini is very knowledgeable,professional and friendly. The assistant is very kind as well. She made sure my daughter and I are comfortable while she checked on our eyes. The front desk and billing department are very welcoming.

The eye care doctor here is amazing. But what truly make this business epic is the up front team. The ladies welcomed me. I worked with Kelly and I must say she is the best professional there. She worked closely to suit my needs. She had instant contact with the Maui Jim sales rep to answer my questions. And she was super nice just like everyone in her office. There’s a reason I drive forever to get to south Reno from my house. It’s Kelly and Dr Chris and the rest of the amazing people at battle born eye care. They are the best in Reno by far. Do yourself a favor and change up to these great people.

Very happy with this office. They were very professional and thorough. The testing they do is extensive. The doctor was able to tell me things about my eyes that no other optometrist has made aware of in the past. Would recommend this office to anyone.
