VERY happy to find a pharmacy that actually DOES have veterinary flavors for my pet's medicines! THat is SO HARD to find anywhere. And they even deliver! Very friendly helpful staff. Only drawback was, like most pharmacies, there is sometimes a wait time of a day or 2 to get the Rx filled.

Great service, prices are a little high but they made up for it finding a drug EVERYONE said it's be 3 months to get them in stock and they found it and had it the next day. Plus the girl at the counter has the BEST ATTITUDE. I'll never go anywhere else

So I’m practicing for my new job with a carnival to be the Human Cannon Ball and made a little error and over shot the landing zone and severely broke my arm when I hit a car. The car didn’t survive. My surgeon prescribed some medicine for post operative pain.
I have been a customer at Bay Life for around 5 years and really appreciate the entire staff. They are always professional, extremely courteous and actually care about me. Always smiling, and never too busy to engage in a conversation and always greet me by name.
I dropped off the prescription and went home. I called later the same day about a different prescription and while speaking with the Pharmacist, she mentioned that she called the Doctor because knowing my history and caring about my comfort, thought that he may have under prescribed the medication because he might not be aware of other medical conditions for which I’m being treated. I assured her that I had spoken with the surgeon and we agreed that what he prescribed was sufficient and I was not worried about the strength and quantity.
Now, if I had been using one of the corporate pharmacies who use zip code financial demographics to determine their pricing, i.e., a drug being filled in Beverly Hills would be more expensive than one being filled in Covington TN. This came straight from the pharmacist in Covington TN when I asked him why it was so much cheaper than the same prescription that I had filled in Reno NV. a month prior. But I digress. My point is that the corporate pharmacy, if they even thought my requirement met their internal or personal judgement was deemed necessary for my recovery, would never take the time to evaluate what was best for my comfort.
So if you are tired of being treated as a potential liability or just another bottle to fill, give Bay Life an opportunity to treat you with respect and know that after you have built a relationship with them, they will look out for your best interests and really care about you and your health.
One other point that I must emphasize is that during this time of businesses jumping to open wide their doors, Bay Life is strictly enforcing a minimal contact policy by not allowing shoppers or shoplifters to wander about the aisles. This alone makes me realize that they care strongly about the safety of the employees and their clients.
We are blessed to have a company with this level of care, empathy and integrity in our neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to earn your business, you will be happily surprised. If you want to be treated like an entry in a giant database, disregard this review and continue to allow yourself to be abused. This is a pharmacy, not a general “As seen on TV” sundries store that happens to fill prescriptions, if you can find the pharmacy after walking through aisles of beach supplies.

Price gouging and a no-mask staff! I'm a local doctor who received a text today that this pharmacy had rapid COVID tests in stock. Looking to find some tests in stock to help ensure my family stays safe, I was eager to scoop up a half dozen or so. I drove to the pharmacy, and was greeted by 3 staff members - none of whom were wearing masks. This is in the midst of the BIGGEST covid surge we've had to date. I asked one of the staff to please place her mask, and she just shrugged. I inquired about the cost of the COVID test and was ASTONISHED to find they were charging $30 for a single test. I have since been able to find these exact same brand for $8.99 online. Additionally, we all are aware that Abbot Binax are $20-25 for TWO. This simply is price gouging at its finest..... with a staff that is not following the most BASIC of COVID protocols.
