Called to schedule appointment told me to come right in. Dr. Patel and her staff were so helpful. They all listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. I was able to be out in a timely manner and now can go on vacation without being blind. I will recommend them to friends, family as well as everybody who needs a great place to see.

The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Patel is really great. Last year I had an eye infection and called, Dr. Patel was able to see me immediately and I was amazed as it was on a Sunday.
She's very thorough and really spends time getting to know her patients.

This was my first time at that location. I walked in the office was warm, and the staff was very friendly, and the doctor was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable and all the time as she was doing my eye exam she tried to explain to me what she was doing, which helped make me less nervous. she also was very helpful in suggesting nutrition and vitamin supplements that would be beneficial to me, so I purchased them from that office and already feeling A difference. Dr. Patel, thank you for your great service and you have a customer for life!!!

D Patel from Bay vision (at Lenscrafters) was amazing. She scanned my eyes and explained the relevance of how various parts of the eyes can show indications of heart disease, heart attack, stroke etc. Which relevant to my genetics. I thankfully have a clean bill of health but will be bringing my family here for their checkups!

I've never had an eye exam and wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Patel and staff couldn't have been any nicer. My exam included a medical evaluation and everything was explained thoroughly. I can't wait for my new glasses to come in!

The whole staff here were quick, pleasant, and informative! I learned more about how my eyes work during this visit than my entire life working with optometrists and I've had glasses since I was a kid! LensCrafters up front were equally pleasant and not your typical pushy salesmen. I'll be getting my exams and glasses exclusively from this site til further notice!
