It was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing tires from start to finish. Called and spoke with Berna, who connected me with Kelcy, who was very helpful when it came to different tire sizes & brands while ordering the tires for me the next day. I was able to get in the following day for a 330pm appointment where I walked in at 3:15, and they had my truck in by 3:20. Ryan delivered the finished product, and he was very thorough about the new tires, adjusted pressure to factory psi after I mentioned my tires wore out in the center much faster. He did recommend I get an alignment which I expected as I drove without one for 29k miles and I always had a small pull it would be nice to correct which I'm happy to do so here in the coming weeks. I am really impressed and satisfied with the service I was provided and the price I paid. I'd recommend to get your next set of tires here as they deliver true honest work!

When I got home last night I noticed oil dripping. I called in next morning, spoke with Genie who has been great coordinating my services, and they asked me to come in. John was quick to take my truck back he was the one who serviced it. He did pinpoint the leak from the oil filter and cleaned up the mess.

Services are great but it seems every mechanic that works here is always grumpy and rude. I had gotten a part for one of my cars and forgot that i had to come in to get it installed and had personal things in my life that happened and which left me unable to comeback for the repair. Well I came back later a month or so later and their mechanic named John as I was setting up a appointment for my car John started gaslighting me on not coming back to get my repairs done and making me feel terrible and I had literally just woken up and dude is being super rude! I paid the Back stock fee and got my car done but I will never come back to this rude establishment! Unacceptable customer service!

These guys have saved my butt many times. They can do skid steer tires, small tractor tires, you can get in there when you can't get in anywhere else. Their mechanics and tire shop are top notch highly recommend

Life saver shop! We got a bulge in a nearly new tire on a ski trip, and they helped us out last minute and were able to replace the tire and get us back on the road in no time. So nice and honest and straight forward! Really appreciate their help.

We were on a long trip to the mountains for a weekend of camping and atving. Half way there we had a blow out and 3 other tire and auto places we went to did not have tires. Not only did Bear Valley Coop have tires, they had the exact tires we needed and changed them so we could be on our way. We even showed up there at almost 4pm. Recommend!!! Edit. They even gave us a discount on the tires.

These fine folks got me in same day to repair a punctured tire and only charged $25.

They knew I was on a road trip and could've fleeced me for this service, but they didn't. Very pleasant people, respectable service. And they wore masks, which other CO cities I passed through weren't doing.
