They force you to pay or to buy something to use the restroom and sucker you in, there are many homeless people sleeping on the side of this business and it was extremely uncomfortable having them come up to us asking for money, on top of the "owner" cross examining and side-eye'ing us while looking around. ●Beware

The workers here are very helpful. It seems as if they all enjoy their job and it definitely shows in their attitudes. Also, I have been there several times and never walked out without what I was looking for. They have a lot of options as far as different types of hair and products overall. They play music in the store and it is a fun atmosphere. I will definitely continue to shop here. Here is a photo of the last type of hair I bought.

What a nice, clean store. All of the representatives are very nice, helpful, and friendly. Seeing women of color working there at first made me think it was black owned. But I'm thinking someone of the Asian culture probably owns it and using people of color as a front in a mainly black neighborhood. I won't be back.

So far I'm not too impressed with the selection of wigs that's here in the Tampa Bay area, but I've been working with what I can until I make my trips home and trying to find a store that speaks to me lol. BUT THIS PLACE here in St. Pete has become my beauty haven! I found several hair pieces and couldn't make my mind up. The young ladies were extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. There was a great selection of hair and front laces available with a FANTABULOUS selection of colors to choose from. I won't forget to mention how the quality of hair for the front lace was thick; it didn't look thin to where you could see the tracks and did not shed. They say you always find what you're looking for when you're not looking?! ?

Decent selection of products. Didn't have every product I was looking for as far as body jewelry, but the prices for the hair were very good. The staff wasn't super friendly or anything, and they looked at me kind of funny. They offered me help when I asked, but I hadn't ever been there before, and was all over the place looking for what I needed. The manager was super helpful, but I never got her name. She had short hair, and was really nice to me. I'll be back.
