I had a very unsatisfying experience this past visit, I was written down in my file that I was supposed to get a shot in my back and I waited a week, before I could get my appointment, so I show up for the appointment and there was nothing they could do for me. I don't understand why I got scheduled for a shot in my back when they had no one there to do it! I think people need to communicate a little bit better in that office.

I like that I am examined by both the younger generation of medical folks and overseen by the elder medical folks. The best of both worlds. I was in and out in twenty minutes and saw no less than four "doctors." And the admission gal was efficient and checked me in quickly. It was only a follow-up to the curb-trip header I took last month so there wasn't much to report. My vitals were all good and Dr. Gelb signed off on my examination.

Every step the staff is courteous! Stacy Thomas is the BEST! She takes time to really listen. She goes over test results in the right amount of understandable detail, and we create a plan together that is sound and manageable. I appreciate her. I can’t say enough great things about my experience!

I was glad that Dr Lamour took the time to listen to my dilemma regarding cost of my diabetes medicine. Finding alternatives that are affordable is a must.
I feel comfortable with our decision to switch and will see her in 3mos. She is always accessible before my appointment, if i need to call. She makes me feel secure and cared about.

I was seen within minutes of my arrival and appointment time. A fourth year med student interviewed me extensively then the doctor came in and we discussed my lab results, they prescribed meds, ordered the meds and we set up a 6-mo appt. All GOOD
