I was recommended by a friend to Specs Optical. The store now has a sleek decor with a new selection of fashionable frames, after the current owner Esther took over the business from her mom. She was super patient and helpful even though I tried on literally half of the frames in the store. I ended up choosing the first frame that she picked out for me, which shows how good she is! I also loved how she gives out a free Ferrero Rocher when she brought my finished glasses out. I mean, who doesn’t love chocolate right? Anyways, I would definitely recommend stopping by this place if you’re looking for a new pair of glasses.

After 15 years, finally needed new glasses and came to Specs Optical to get some new frames! Esther helped me select some frames that fit my face shape and I loved it! I ended up with three new pairs and I now wear it almost every other day! The quality is exceptional! Love the wide selection! Service is super friendly and speedy! Thank you and I’ll definitely be back for more in a couple years!

I've had Specs Family Optometry help me with my last 3 pairs of glasses and every time Esther and her team do a fantastic job through the whole process. They all provide excellent customer service and I absolutely recommend this Optometry! Friendly staff, knowledgeable and great frame selection!

I would stay away from places that feel the need to write self reviews to boost their ratings. Look at the number of reviews each reviewer has, pretty much all are less than 10. All pointing to them creating accounts and posting reviews for themselves. I was NOT impressed by their selections, all random brands except a few, seems like a China dump at exhorbitant prices. Don't get fooled. I even saw their self promotion in local social media groups. Ugh!
Oh it is not a fake review. Been there seen that. I saw same frames in other Optometry places for way less.
Your patients have written just 1 review? I have seen so many businesses do this, create accounts, post self reviews like readers can't see through that.

I'm a big fan of this beautiful optical store. Specs has an amazing combination of stylish and attractive frame (not easily found elsewhere) and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Esther's experience in fashion is clearly evident not only in the frames she's selected for the shop but also in her recommendations for what suits a person's face, lifestyle, and glasses needs. Mary, one of the most experienced opticians I've ever seen, can answer any question you might have about lens fit, vision needs, etc. add to this that they now have a licensed optometrist on staff to do exams, and Specs is a full service boutique optical shop not to be missed. I'm a happy repeat customer of Specs. Others have already covered the fantastic service and attention received. It was refreshing to find that a year and a half later, pandemic protocols are being taken seriously here. Every pair of frames I tried on was kept aside to be sanitized before being returned to the shelf.

What I haven't seen many other reviews mention is that they are quick to help me get my VSP insurance reimbursement for frames, lenses, and annual eye exam from their on-site eye doctor. You fill out a form after purchase with your insurance details and they mail it in for you like a mail-in rebate. Except unlike these new age mail in rebates, I get a check in the mail in under 3 weeks instead of a limited use gift card in 3 months (based on our family's last few insurance checks coming in reliably).
