I went in today and the man who opened the door was clearly mad I was there at hours open I asked if they had wigs for white women and told him I really needed help. He sent me away stating they did not. I went back in because I knew he was telling.a lie and he does I found the perfect wig but was so mad he would not help with the cap I told him I have never purchased a wig to please help me. He was so rude, racist and bothered I was there and I was ready to drop 500 on a wig. Women this man treats people bad because he thinks we all know what we are doing. If there is one single soul that could help me please do

they were rude and thought me and my friend were stealing when they seen us come in with a bag that a bought 30 mins before hand that i was exchanging, then told me i HAD to pick something instead of just getting my money back.

The owners do not speak when you enter the store. They are quite rude! I asked a question about hair. The man frowned was not polite in answering! People STOP spending your money at this store! They need some training in customer service! The man and woman behave like they know people will spend money at their store regardless of how they treat people!

I purchased a large 30.00 dollar handbag about a month maybe month and half ago. I literally got about 3 weeks of use because the threading on all four handles has came loose or is coming loose. The materi is too thick to sew so I try to return it and I am the old no it has been too long. Like it hasn't even been 60 days. I think their products are fake and aftermarket. And I wouldn't suggest buying anything but MAYBE cosmetics here. My personal experience.

I am so Happy We finally got a Beauty Supply store in Dallas. I been going to this store from when it 1st opened up. Customer service is very good. I like the fact they speak everytime you go in. They have alot of different things in their store also.
I call this store Hair and
Hair Product Heaven.
I love going in beauty supply stores and just looking around.
I am a Hair Specialist so I like to Stay Updated on Every hair and products.

Go in the store you won't be disappointed.
Then its Next to a Big Lots. 🤍
