Everyone treated me wonderfully from check-in to checkout. I'm grateful to the anesthetist for discussing at length the type of anesthesia that was best for me. My admitting nurses and room nurses were very accommodating. The PT staff was really great. I'm sure I'm missing someone, but I have no complaints. Of course, I can't thank Dr. Carroll and his team enough.

My first evening there was terrible. Both the RN and the Patient Care Tech were very incompetent! 3 hrs to get some water and a few crackers is unacceptable. Also, the gown they brought had no pocket and I was wearing a heart monitor. Rather difficult to use the bathroom and many other things. They were just plain rude. If I'd had a ride home I'd have left that night.
However, after that first terrible night, I give ALL the staff a 5 star rating! Very capable, competent and caring! I'd definitely wouldn't hesitate to return to Belton Research Hospital, if need be.
Also, the food was the best I've ever eaten in any hospital. Excellent cook, Excellent servers.

This is the best hospital I've ever been in, and I've been in a lot of hospitals. The ER staff was excellent, I was on the second floor and every staff member I had contact with was superb in every way, my overnight nurse, Tequila was a doll and took special care of me. I think the head honcho of the Belton Regional Hospital should give everyone who works there a GIANT! Kudos please. You all were 10 star Fantastic!
Thank you one and all.

I have been suffering from chronic back pain for 11 years now, I had a flare up I visited my primary care and they said if things get worse go to the hospital and get an mri. I started throwing up and my pain got worse so I went to the nearest hospital which was Belton Regional. Nurses there are phenomenal and even the doctor who did my leg ultrasound was great! Unfortunately the doctor didn’t listen to anything I was saying, she even was trying to give me medicine to help my dizziness except side affects were muscle weakness and headaches which I was already experiencing those symptoms so I denied taking the meds. For someone to deal with back/neck pain for a very long time trying a bunch of different methods for relief: physical therapy, massages, muscle relaxers, and countless other medications and therapies. I’m used to drs dismissing me but this was by far the worst. Even if I needed to go to the hospital for an emergency again I will never go back.

Excessive waiting time to sign in. Although the clerk was aware I was waiting to check in, when clerk finished with the patient she was with she did not acknowledge me and I had to report to her desk to get her attention.

My experience once I got to the ultrasound department was exceptional. The technician was professional and helpful with her explanations.

My experience with the Emergency Department was very positive. Starting with registration, quick, then barely sat down and was taken back to a room. Nurses and staff were upbeat, reassuring, and listened to me as I described the injury.

The doctor came by a few minutes later, listened to me, discussed solutions, and setup my treatment plan. He came back to check on me to be sure that I was taken care of and I was.

No one likes to go to the Emergency Department of a hospital. But at the Belton Emergency Department, I felt that I was well cared for and, on my way back to being healthy again.

They called us 3 times starting @ 2pm, today the day before his scheduled surgery @ 6am asking us to give them money on arrival. We received 0 letters or phone calls prior to this stating they needed money on arrival. In fact we have been in communication with his doctors & surgeons as soon as the day before. My husband had to start taking his colon prep meds @ 8 am this morning & also his second round @ 1pm. The last phone call was made @ 4 pm again asking for payment on arrival. Each time he explained to them the points made before & also added that he was okay with going to have to pay what insurance would not cover but that again, no one @ any point told him he would need cash in hand appn arrival saying ," you guys gave no heads up therefore I am not prepyro or am able to @ this moment be able to come up with these funds as it is after 4:30 pm @ this point & I have already taken 2 rounds of colon prep & cannot leave the house & will not be able to aquire funds B4 the 5:00 am check in time. If you need to cancel then do it but you keep calling me & asking me for something I do not have today. After he suggeyxanceling the surgery if this was going to be an issue they said okay well then we will be sending you a letter in 2 weeks asking you to set up a payment plan. We will see you in the morning. I feel like we are already stressed out about this major surgery & have already taken the prep medications as prescribed, these are not fun & you can not just get over it so this is just awful customer service @ minimum boarding on harassment. I also feel this was some sort of high pressure collections tactic to squeeze out a few hundred dollars. Thumbs down & shame on you Belton Regional.

My ER visit was excellent. I arrived around 10:30 a.m. I was seen in less than 10 minutes. Had a flu test, and a covid test they were both negative. Then I got a chest X-ray which showed pneumonia. The care was awesome, quick and efficient. The staff was professional and kind.
