This Beltone office has a very expert technician that works on many brands of hearing aids! Monica Tolbert addresses needs with professionalism and caring that isn't often found with others experts. She has helped me for many years and I know I can depend on her to keep my equipment in good shape and recommend new Innovations. She and her staff recognize being able to hear is an important component to fully enjoying life!

What a wonderful experience at Beltone today. The office staff is so friendly and Monica the Technician was so kind and knowledgeable. There was student there today so we talked about a lot of different aspects of the anatomy and function of the ear. I learned a lot and I’m confident he did too. It appears I do have hearing loss. Monica set me up with a trial pair today, they were unexpectedly very comfortable and there was a real audible difference. I am excited and can’t wait to get my own. I highly recommend Beltone and this office. You will be in good hands. Thank you Monica, Brook and Bob for making my visit such a pleasant experience .

Great place to learn about your hearing and how hearing test really work. Monica is awesome and spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions and demonstrating how poorly I am hearing and how this can be changed so I do not miss out on conversations. Monica suggested which hearing aids were best for me.

First time using this facility and was very impressed, Monica was very informative and helpful, and easy to talk to, she explained everything that was going to be done, administered the hearing test then went over the results and explained my options, I left there feeling at ease about the hole experience , definitely recommend giving them a try for your hearing needs.
