I ordered no lines bifocal. Picked up glasses and had lines. I immediately told the girl and she looked over the paperwork. Told me the girl that took the order was the lead person and wasn't there right now and had to ask her. It doesn't matter if she ask her or not. I didn't want lines.

We were referred here because of how amazing Dr Fritz is with kiddos. That still holds true. After bringing our toddler to him, we loved him so much we transferred our entire family to him. However, it’s became something we dread. Although once you get back to Dr. Fritz everything is amazing, even the people that take you back prior to the Dr are amazing….but the front desk…..wow. I’ve never dreaded such interaction. You are treated like a complete bother. They are rude, argumentative and make you really feel like you are putting them out. Because of this, we are very sadly leaving our beloved doctor. I see I am not the first person based on the reviews to have this feeling and I truly hope that these reviews get to the doctors to see why people are unhappy because it definitely isn’t to do with the care they provide.

I want to give a shout out to Adriane who gave me my eye tests. I felt so comfortable. She was efficient and precise. She was very personable. I was sort of disappointed when all the tests were done. When the doctor came in to take a look I knew she had everything she needed for a thorough exam.

I want to thank Adriane and the whole team. I felt like my eye health was in the hands of experts.

I have been going to Dr. Fritz for several years and I love the interactions he has with his patients including listening and answering any questions. I have had a wonderful experience with the techs and the employees at the front desk and check out.

I had the pleasure of a first eye exam with Dr. Rondeau. Her tech Adrienne was excellent. The doctor was delightful and thorough. I have found a new doctor and intend to keep her. As a matter of fact everyone from start to finish was perfect. This helped me to spread the love around and be pleasant to the other patients I encountered.

UPDATE: I waited to see the doctor for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When the doctor finally came into the room. He explained that they had several emergencies. I just wish the staff would have explained that to me while I was waiting. An explanation and apology would have kept me from becoming upset. When the staff realized that I would be waiting longer than normal, they should have performed service recovery. This would include wait time updates, an explanation of the situation and perhaps offering the patient some water. The patient needs to know that they have not been forgotten about. I hope that the staff understands the importance of patient perception.
