What started off as good purchase quickly went south when I received a fragrance that had leaked and damaged the bottle. When I contacted them via email they said they need picture 📸 proof and when that was provided they then wanted me to send it back on my own dime, which I did thinking they would then send me another one, NOPE! then have the audacity to charge me a restocking fee which I would mind IF it was my fault (ie) ordering the wrong fragrance, but that wasn't the case. So I had to contact them AGAIN and asked about my refunded. They told me they would refund me so I waited the 3 to 4 days it normally takes to see a refund back In your account, which never came. I reach back out to only hear "OH you have a store credit" no problem I had my eye on another fragrance anyways I wanted to purchase. Tried to use my credit that I could visually see as a store credit for it to say at checkout $0.00 store credit. I picture this and emailed them again send them the Picture that showed them I had zero store credit. They proceed to tell me it was their mistake and it was going to be put back on my card. Well it's been a week and a half and still no money. At this point this is not a mistake this is THEFT which make this YouTube a fraud and a thief. Thives protray in many forms and he's no different. Watch you deal with not everyone runs a honest business no matter what platform they present on.

I ordered a fragrance through the TikTok shop on June 7th. I’ve received all other fragrances ordered on that day with constant notifications throughout the packaging and shipping process but haven’t received anything from this company. That is until Wednesday when I got a notice that the shipment was “delayed”… delayed for what? I’m not expecting a two-day turnaround from order date to delivery but at least send me something as to why it was delayed.

I emailed through their website hoping to receive an update… nothing but silence. I don’t play about the money I spend and don’t care how much I spent… just don’t jerk me around, period. I’m going to cancel this order today, June 14, 2024!

Purchased a few fragrances figured it would be legit after waiting almost a month NO fragrances and then received a partial refund! I never cancelled the order if you’re going to cancel! then give me my full refund makes no sense! Be careful with this company

I have received orders from this business about four separate times. Each and every time, the order was sent quickly and shipping only took a few days. The owner, Christian, always responded to my emails promptly, within 24 hours. I am very impressed with his professionalism. The fragrances are fantastic, and as described. I always treat his take on the scent and longevity as subjective, so I don't make my purchases solely on his opinions. Nevertheless, he hasn't steered me the wrong way yet. I will continue to purchase from Best Brands Perfume. It's a fantastic experience.

I’ve bought many full size bottles and 5 samples so far from Christian and never a problem. Love this service. Great prices and will continue to buy more. Looking at 3 more samples as we speak. I have never had a single issue with this fragrance shop. They do have great prices on their product, and they even have some stuff you cant find anywhere else! Christian O is a great business man and an amazing fragrance reviewer. I'd give this shop more than 5 stars if I could because I'm never disappointed by their service! It's a small business, don't expect to get your product the next day, give them time and you'll receive you product in great shape and you'll be happy! Sometimes good things come with a wait, just don't blame this small company for the USPS shortcomings. I always purchase from them, and always will!

I get very creepy vibes from this guy. He's a slick talker. He'll make you think you're buying something that lasts a long time that only last 30 minutes. Don't trust them shop online or shop around this store is going to overcharge you and good luck getting a hold of anybody whenever you buy something from them if you ever have a problem they definitely will not take care of you. Also it's really creepy how this guy wants everybody to call him uncle. Keep him away from your kids
