I love Betty and all of the girls at the office. They all take such good care of the patients. I have never felt rushed or like i always do at other Dr offices. The wait time is never long and you never have to wait long for an appointment date either. I just love them so much.

I needed a new primary care health center, now. Was totally out of most of my meds, with the others maybe 4 days tops!!. So I picked up the "new patient " paperwork, got it all filled out, and also a sliding co-pay form which is offered for those who DON'T HAVE Medicaid. Since my accident in 2002, and seeing so many other Drs it takes something to really special for me to feel like I wasn't rushed through my visit. The staff was fantastic, didn't miss a thing I said, and best of all no one had their face buried in the computer while talking with you. I was never stuck in the "room" forever waiting on someone to come and talk with me. For the first time I actually left with a smile on your face. I don't remember ever leaving feeling that ALL my questions were answered, all my meds ordered, and my next appointment was made. I'm so glad that we found each other...

Super UNPROFESSIONAL. Went about a month ago with a problem I had been having to be told nothing was wrong. Just to have to see another dr 3 days later where I was told I had a severe infection.

Took over a week to have a culture come back and be tested. When I called on the 7th day NO ONE HAD EVEN LOOKED AT IT. I absolutely will NOT be going back after this.

The only good time about the place are the nurses that take your vitals and talk to you.

These Ladies are all so sweet and caring. Dr.Betty is a great Doc and cares greatly about her patients. I defiantly recommend this place! Affordable as well!

Very caring staff, and PA. I am glad to know that they exist because TRMC is so money hungry and doesn't care about the patient's well being. If you need a good caring health care provider, this is the place to go!

This was in has been the worst doctors office I have ever contacted in my life was told a price for a physical and TB test three times then to call the day of my physical and TB test to find out that it is a whole totally different price than what was told to me from the Valdosta ga office The lady that answered the phone didn’t act like she knew what she was talking about Needless to say I went to AppleCare and Valdosta Georgia where they have common sense

Absolutely awesome staff,very accommodating, friendly, patient as far as Dr. appt. goes this facility makes it easier and more pleasant than dread!!!
