I'm not a patient, I just called to ask if they take my insurance and if the doctor is an Optometrist, well the person who answered the phone was definitely not welcoming and couldn't say right-a-way if the doctor is an Optometrist. They need to neither train her good or put someone else that's more welcoming, because a business with less patients is less money coming in. I'm calling now Pearl Vision.

Mom and pop style place that has a very reasonable wait time, which is unusual. Everyone is very courteous and respectful. My prescription lenses came in incorrect the first time and they were very quick to make it right even though they weren't at fault.

Things aren’t the same since the new girls took over the desk, they’re not as knowledgeable and kind. They’re just there to work and don’t have any interest in helping the customers/patients. We’ve gone there for years and I think it’s high time to get a new eye doctor.

My daughter and I just left this office!! I have never been treated so poorly in my life!! His staff is great but he talked to us so bad. We had to get up and leave in the middle of the exam!!
